thank god they are not my insurance. I would not put up with there rudeness.

Was told it was a waste of time to do up a policy and that i could drive my car without insurance or registration until the following business day for my policy to be processed. Said it would be fine driving with registration and a plate on vehicle. Worst people and company, have filed a formal complaint because they dont even understand the road laws and apparently wanted me to go to jail

I don't know what it was like dealing with the auto/home insurance side but I went for life insurance. He was very polite and professional in placing the policy as soon as possible. Even if he is busy he will get back to me quickly, no runaround as others may have experienced.

Unfortunately, I have had to make claims and he was there during my time of need and he truly went above and beyond a typical insurance salesperson.

Recently transfered to the branch in gp from peace river( nightmare). Open Saturdays, so that's a plus. I forgot to renew my insurance and actually recieved a phone call to remind me, which is rare. Also purchased a new vehicle and had a policy within fifteen minutes

Worst company ever to deal with! I phone their office to resolve an issue and I get passed around from person to person. They don't know who I'm supposed to be talking with to resolve my issue? It's crazy! They take forever to get anything done and only after constant badgering by the customer do you get some action. Seriously consider going elsewhere as I'm certain the other insurers have customer service skills that easily top these guys!
