All I can say is WOW! I reached out to Stephen about our home and car insurance policies, and within the day he had me sorted out with a cheaper rate and an easier process. He is so responsive, easy to deal with and I genuinely want to give him a big hug for how much he helped me. I highly recommend his services if you are in the market for insurance, I cannot believe how effortless he made everything for me.

Reasonable rates and communication is great.
Tara has been more then accommodating with everything to do with my insurance policies. Totally reccomend!!

Best insurance company I've had in a long time

I've used this company for 5 years and had nothing but good experiences. Carly Hauck is very knowledgeable and gets quotes from many brokers to give me the best rates. I've had many people from other companies quote me to get my business but they either can't compete on price or their knowledge is shaky and I don't feel comfortable using them. Carly has been the best experience with business insurance and even family members in the business can't persuade me to go elsewhere.

I use this location for my home and commercial insurance. I have always found Carly Hauck to be amazingly prompt and knowledgeable and helpful. I would certainly recommend her.

Terrible broker. Put absolutely no effort into helping their clients out, been with them for a number of years just out of convenience because they were local, in that time I've dealt with about 8 different reps. Constantly get my details wrong or need me to confirm them each time I call because they don't bother updating their records. They never fight for the best prices, they just punch in numbers and send you a renewal package once a year, don't ever fight to get better renewal pricing, which is literally their only job as the provider does everything else. I finally had enough and went to another broker, who promoptly organized all the cancellation docs, sent them over and had western financial confirm they had received them, and low and behold western financial did nothing with them so my first billing cycle was completely messed up with my new provider because my old provider was still charging me as a result of their pure laziness and imcompetance. Worst broker around, even managed to mess up a renewal once so my wife and I were driving without insurance for about 3 months before they realized. Wouldn't recommend them and would encourage anyone looking to look elsewhere. Do yourself a favour. Just awful.

To honest, insurance is the last thing I want to spend my time thinking about. I had the best agent Carly Hauck and she held my hand and made sure I got the coverage I need. I fly a drone for some of my photography and Carly found me the best insurance for my studio and my drone in one policy. I Highly recommend Carly Hauck with Western Financial.

Carly is amazing with commercial insurance! We've been dealing with her for about 3 years regarding commercial vehicle and liability policies. Front office staff kind of rude and off putting

I would not recommend anyone going here for anything. They are a fraudulent company. Everyone here including the company that owns them is incompetent. They are incapable of doing simple math and simple problem solving. I payed 2 weeks in advance for my car insurance and cancelled a day after my payment(while i had 1 and a half months of credit). Never once was i told about a cancellation fee, but there is one and they kept 75% of my month and a half payment. I literally had to walk them through what happened 5x. It was like i was talking to children and they still couldnt understand or get the math right. I would not be surprised if this company and the employees were engaged in fraudulent activities. They stole my money and refused to refund it. They dont even deserve 1 star.
