CAUTION - DANE FOUND AND THE AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish i would have seen these reviews before buying from these guys. My salesmen was great but unfortunately once they get your money that's where all things good end. They talk you into this "piece of mind " front to back all systems checked and repaired $496 PDI inspection which sounds like it should be mandatory for them to do before selling any trailer without an extra charge like most other reputable dealers . But with everything that it covers you could be out a lot more money if you don't do it. Unfortunate once you do a walk through then get it home and get to go through things yourself you soon realise nothing was actually inspected or fixed as the PDI list promises. Then when you confront them about the issues all they do is deny and give you the run around. It seems like the biggest issue is Dane the manager that unfortunately is rude, ignorant, doesn't care about customer service after the sale and will not honour conditions that are written on contracts. Its all about the sale for this guy!
UPDATE- After confronting them about none of the PDI issues being taking care of im now being told by Dane that the $496 option that i paid for ( and is even listed on the bill of sale) was an internal error and that i never paid for it, it just had to be listed on the paper work. What a scam they have going on.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the service department. Always go above and beyond to get me what I need for my trailer. Highly recommend going here.

We were Looking for RV awning matts and checked four different
locations in Edmonton. No positive results. The help received was poor to nil. Next we went to Western RV in Leduc. What a world of difference. We bought two matts at Western RV. All the staff were superb. Very nice and friendly. The manager, Barb, was helpful and very accommodating. Super nice! Trying to please her customers over and above what was required.
I would recommend and suggest everyone drive the extra few miles to Leduc Western RV to shop for your trailer needs. The business has a great feeling for people. You sense it when you enter the door. PL

Friendly staff, decent selection of units available to view. Staff knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted to look at.

It was a disappointing experience. When it came time for the walk through and signing at the dealership we were shown a different trailer that we had signed up for at the 2017 RV show. Layout was the same but different flooring, cabinets etc... They tried to tell us that we were mistaken and that they never had a trailer matching our description but only had the ones that they were currently trying to get us to buy. They lied. We found that exact trailer online (same stock # and vin #). Needless to say we cancelled the deal. If they would have been up front from the start, admit the mistake and got us the trailer we had seen originally then they would've had a sale and we would've had a beautiful new trailer for the camping ahead. We didn't lose any money in this ordeal but we did lose trust.

My parents just bought an RV and after their payment, their service was absolutely terrible. They paid for a PDI and identified the things that needed to be fixed. They sent the RV without a legal gas sticker, they don't abide by the law, they don't care about customer service or safety and do not HONOR their word. When they are confronted with their lack of service and failure to follow through with what is agreed in writing, they deny, deny, deny. They take advantage of older people, they are disgusting, disrespectful, they lie and I would never recommend or EVER go to this place. I suggest to people to drive by this Western RV and go to a place that will TREAT PEOPLE right. Western RV Country should read their reviews and see how terrible over 80% of their reviews are....and either make some changes or shut your "DAM" business down and quit taking an exciting moment for people and RUINING it for them...you are all a bunch of selfish, greedy DOGS!

We purchased our travel trailer last year from Aniz and the team at western. We had been to several other dealers that did not take us seriously as we were not sure if we were buying right away.

They make a deal and they don't recognize after that, We made a deal, we didn't have the trailer brake control and we ended up to install that with a discount and ended up to be 199 dollars. I asked them why the brake controller it ended up to be 199 when it was supposed to be 89 dollars. The sale manager said it was part of the deal, and this is the real price of the brake control. After awhile of driving in the mountains, the brake control was very bad, it was stopping the truck and pulled the truck back whenever it wanted to. Nobody gave me any instructions of how to use the brake controller, the one guy that put it on told me that it was set up for all time, and I was thinking to change the brake control because it was very hard to reach and it did not function properly. I spoke to the manager, and they told me they would give me the money back, and they didn't do it they just gave me the money just for the machine 100 less dollars on the bill, and I ended up buying genuine ford f 150 brake controller because it is MUCH easier to use. Please do not lie to people when you make a deal with them. We gave a lot of money for the trailer and our enjoyment. Plus the trailer had a lot of problems in it.
