Westland Insurance

Upon reading the other reviews I was looking forward to my experience here, however, I did not receive good service here. My broker was always too busy to return my calls, and in the end I was confused about being insured because of their lack of customer service. If you want prompt service Westland is not the brokerage for you.

Amendment: Westland contacted me after this review and basically settled all of my concerns. Although I experienced poor service initially, the post-review call made me feel better about everything.

Fantastic customer service. I love having a local broker that I can speak to same day in the same time zone. The staff is super friendly and always goes the extra mile to get us the best coverage at the best price.

I switched to this company after separating from my Husband. They were able to help me out and keep me with great rates that I could afford. As well, when my Daughter got her license at 16, they were able to add her to my policy with very little extra money a month. Dallas Tofteland was my first agent to help me out and now Rachel Hattfield has been taking care of my policies. I would recommend these wonderful people to anyone and have referred many of my friends and family to this agency and they are all very pleased!!

Excellant family ran business. Very caring and personable staff who look out for your best interest. Insurance shopping can be stressful but these guys make it a pleasant experience everytime! Recommend to everyone!!

I have used Westland Insurance (Artesian) for over 20 Years. Throughout this time they have looked after my business, fleet and personal insurance. They are hands down the most professional broker you will find. They look after you with a personal touch and pass along cost savings to you anywhere possible. I highly recommend them.
