My time was limited and I got Tyler Gabora first thing on a Friday long weekend, told him what I wanted and it had to be done that day because of time... Less then three hours later I had my trade went threw, new truck picked out and had a plate on and drove off with a new colorado red line. Since I have to take my car to another dealer because you said my car was fine and not leaking oil and it is. Can I have my money back since you didn't so your job properly. Mechanic just assumes since I changed my oil it's spilt oil and stops looking. Well guess what the leak is still there. Thanks for nothing and is like a refund

I have been a customer of Wheaton Red Deer for 5 years. The most amazing person that has treated me with the most professionalism and customer service is Jennifer. She was a service rep and has now taken on the deserving roll as service manager. In all the years dealing with Wheaton dealerships in western Canada I have to say Jennifer and her team are the best. When I am in the dealership I can see that Jennifer gives the same professional customer service that I always get. I hope the Wheaton dealership knows how lucky they are to have a great asset in there business!!!

I didn't have a good experience with my zoomzoom purchase. So I decided to check out Chev. Thankfully I did. My Sales Agent Raul was very friendly and accomodating. Definitely No PRESSURE sales. He listened to me and was emphatic on my situation. He made me feel special and he dealt with me like a true friend. He's with me not just on purchase but on service as well. Since I have to take my car to another dealer because you said my car was fine and not leaking oil and it is. Can I have my money back since you didn't so your job properly. Mechanic just assumes since I changed my oil it's spilt oil and stops looking. Well guess what the leak is still there. Thanks for nothing and is like a refund
