Whitewood Distillery

Whitewood Distillery is working towards launching one of Alberta's first craft distilleries. By producing small batches, in controlled monitored runs, we can produce a cleaner, smoother, and more flavourful product then what is currently commercially available. We intent to use quality ingredients from Canadian producers. Where possible, ingredients would be sourced from Alberta based producers. Eventually we would like to offer a small batch service to customers to have custom crafted spirits produced. Similar to house branded beer and wine available at some serving establishments. This would provide us a unique edge over larger distilleries where small batches are not financially feasable. We are currently in recipe development stages, and are looking for financial partners to fund startup and licensing costs, and initial operational costs until product can be introduced to the open market.
