Yogadown dives so much deeper than the fitness style yoga studios that flood the market. Yogadown focuses on yoga as a lifestyle not as a workout. The physical benefits are merely an added bonus.

When I pay a lot of money to go to yoga I want to go to a flow class. this place offers one flow class a week and then a lot of gentle flow and restorative classes. If you do a lot of yoga a restorative class if really good for you once a week, but this place offers more restorative classes then they do flow classes. I feel like I wasted my money paying for a 10 class pass.
