It's simple. We care about our gluten sensitive friends. Everything is made in our home kitchen which allows us to keep our costs low for you. The down side is that the baked goods are made in a location that also makes gluten goods as well. While we do our very best to ensure there is no cross contamination we respect you, our customers and friends, too much to label our goods gluten free when there is still the possibility, however tiny, that the goods may come into contact with something that contains gluten.
