I had 2 back to back bad experiences recently. I have been a client of the Spa for a few years with no prior issues.

I recently called to ask if I could have a facial after having microblading done and was told that they would ask the technician and get back to me before my scheduled appointment. When I arrived, with no call, I was told they couldn’t do the service and made me feel like it was my fault. They then proceeded to charge me for a service I didn’t receive because it was part of a gift package and it took a lot of debating and back and forth before they agreed they were wrong. They also told me I was going to get a 10% discount for when I came back for the facial, due to the miscommunication. When I came back 3 weeks later,not only did I not get the discount, but they were rude at the front desk. The manager is not accomdating and has ruined my experience so much I would never go back.
The lady who did my manicure wasalso rude and bashed my profession and made me very uncomfortable. The lady who did my facial was amazing and was the only positive part of my visit.

My number 1 fave spa in Calgary. Staff are extremely pleasant, quality of service is best in class, and the venue is very welcoming. I go here for all beauty and relaxation services! ♡

After the spa I regularly visited closed, I went to CaVaBien for the first time last week. I saw Gina for a relaxation massage and she was amazing! I will definitely be back!
