Very nice people to work with- extremely thorough, friendly, and no pressure sales. Modern, clean dealership with a great coffee bar/customer lounge area. Sales rep Greg Judge was wonderful to work with. He was informative and extremely knowledgeable on the car we bought. He went that “extra mile” to walk us through the purchase experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to friends and family.

We bought our van at okotoks Honda last September, but I've been bringing my vehicle for service there for years. The service I receive is always above and beyond. The service advisor Melissa is so fantastic! Any time I'm there she always comes to the waiting room to let me know any updates and about how much longer it will be. For longer services she always has been able to get me a loaner vehicle without me even having to ask first. We are always greeted with a smile and she is always great about booking appointments to fit our schedule and to fit around our kids nap time! As long as Melissa is there, we will keep coming back!

This dealership is very professional and understanding. Right as I entered the building I was greeted by staff (not just 1 but 3) people. When they were able to suit a car to my needs. The lady on financing, Catherlina was able to meet the price points that I initially had in mind and added warranty too without exceeding my budget! I'd recommend short drive out of Calgary to deal with this team!

As an add-on to my original review, I think the best way to give a five-star review is to purchase a second vehicle from the dealer, which I have done! I have recommended Okotoks Honda to friends and family and find them to be a top-notch dealer. Highly recommended, Grace in finance and the rest of the team did a great job on delivery day.

Fantastic experience, upfront pricing, and a very relaxed atmosphere. They helped me find exactly what I needed for my family and made the process of getting into a new Odyssey painless. Ray was very attentive at the delivery, made sure we knew all the features of our new van, helped my wife pair her phone, and got us all set. Hands down the absolute best dealership experience I have ever had! I purchased my vehicle through Asif (GM) and Jacquie (SM) and the purchase process was seamless. Not only did they listen to and consider all of my needs, but they got me the best deal as well! I continue to take my vehicle back for service even though I only live 10 minutes from another dealer as I wouldn’t trust anyone else. They continuously exceed my expectations every time! Kudos to their professionalism in both the sales and service departments !!

Our experience with Okotoks Honda was exemplary. There is a big difference between a regular sales person and enjoying a consultative experience. If you're online then likely you do a lot of research before making a purchase. We were ready to go in and clarify a few points and test drive. Greg Judge was the consultant that looked after us.
All our questions were clarified and he intimately knew about all features that I had researched - which was a pleasant experience compared to other dealerships.
What impressed us most is when we were ready to pick up the vehicle, Greg spent an hour and half going through all the features of the Vehicle. It's especially useful spending time tutoring us on how to use all the technology and how to make the fine adjustments. You cannot experience hands on service by doing online research!

They offered very friendly, professional and prompt service, in particular Marvin Ogayon. They were able to do everything by phone and email and I only had to come in on the day to pick up the vehicle and sign the final papers. (Though I would recommend visiting them to see and test drive their vehicles if you're not already familiar with the Honda lineup.) They were able to offer me a lower price and a better trade-in value than the "best" price at another Honda dealership in Calgary, one with which we already had a relationship, all without much in the way of haggling. I recommend doing your homework in advance to get a sense of what the vehicle might cost the dealership and how much room they have to discount it. For servicing, they can pick up your vehicle and deliver it back to you so you don't have to make the trip down to Okotoks, which will be helpful for me (but I haven't tested this service yet, as I only just purchased the vehicle). I recommend Okotoks Honda!

I was at first wanted to try other brand cars but decided to get one at your dealership because I know Marvin and I know that he can help me. He did help me and gave me the best customer service. I am so glad I choose Okotoks Honda. Everything is great with you guys. And kudos to Marvin for being helpful and friendly. An EXCELLENT buying experience, very relaxed... not like being ground to the ground as all the other dealers in the market.Much of the negotiations were done on the phone and an agreements sent to me via email . Greg Judge is a very knowledgeable sales expert before the deal was made and after during the delivery process...EXPERT!!!
