Both Dr. Rakotchy and Dr. Goods are really good dentists. Their dentist assistants are friendly and calming and really good with explaining everything that's going to happen while the dentist is getting ready.
I LOVE the adminstrative ladies, they are always a pleasure to talk to and set everything up.
This office gives a great follow up and good service over all. They are very forthcoming with all the information we need to make a decision on what to do. They helped us figure out our dental plan as well.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Receptionist is horrible and the doctor supports that! I was going there for a few years and once the hygienist was rude for me being 3 minutes late. Another time I was booked and went there only to learn that the computer had crashed prior to that day and no one received a notice so my appointment was cancelled. Soon after I had confirmation for 2 appointments and upon arrival they said I had to come back because they could only do one appointment. Cant take so much time off work that's just insane. When I told the doctor my disappointment he supported his staffs wrong doing instead of apologizing. And the hours of operation aren't very good for the customers either. You will have to take time off work.

I got a crown teeth from Dr. Rakochey, he is a great dentist and rates and very reasonable and cheaper compared to other dentists, the assistant was also very helpful and gave me some good tips on how to floss, i would recommend this dental clinic

Great atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. Was referred by a friend to see Dr. Rakochewy, he took a great care of my teeth. They send benefits info themselves so you only have to pay remaining balance instead of paying full amount and bring reimbursed. Highly recommend

I have been going to 12th Avenue Dental for a number of years now.
They're always accommodating, the staff is pleasant and Daryl is a great dentist.
Even though i don't live downtown anymore ... i still drive from the deep SW to attend this dental clinic.

I've been to many dentists through the years, some of the best and some of the worst. After my last dentist who put me through an incredibly hellish experience, I was afraid to go again and had been putting it off longer than I should have. A coworker told me about Dr. Rakochey so I gave it a shot and am so very, very thankful to have found such a gem in this area! I wouldn't have all the work done that I needed in one appointment as I was very nervous still, but he was so professional and calm that I was able to relax, and his work was absolutely excellent! I'll be back for the last bit of work very soon without (too much) reservation. (...it takes time to get past the horrors of the past) ;)
