321Joy

I sell handcrafted items (onesies, shirts, blankets, etc. . . ) for babies and kids.

321Joy is about Creating. And Contributing.

I am a mom to three small boys, and 321Joy started as a way for me to explore my creative side, have an outlet (that doesn't involve changing diapers! ! ), and allow me to use my gifts and abilities in a practical way!

In addition to creating, however, 321Joy is about contributing.

A couple of years ago, I had the life-changing opportunity to visit a school for special needs children in rural Guatemala. It was near and dear to my heart, as my oldest son, the joy of my life, has a diagnosis of Down syndrome, or Trisomy 21. Coming back from that trip to Guatemala, I was overcome by the plight of children with special needs in other countries (and overcome with gratefulness for the supports and resources available for my own son here in Canada).

321Joy is a way that I can contribute to this school, and the students that desperately need it. 10% of everything that I sell through 321Joy (on Etsy, facebook, word of mouth, and elsewhere) will go directly to the school in San Cristobal, Guatemala.
