Was just in for first appointment and was very comfortable and taken care of didn't wait for appointment paperwork is simple after reading all the reviews was hesitant to even go I'm so happy I did excited to start process thanks again

This clinic is far overdue here in Calgary. Can't wait to come down and get informed about my condition.

They were very informative, helped me complete the reams of paperwork, and had me see the physician very quickly. They were kind and understanding. I was treated with dignity and respect. I highly recommend this clinic.

I can't say enough about this wonderful clinic. They are informative, caring and compassionate. They are very helpful with the whole process from filling out paperwork, setting up the appointment to assisting with the licensed producer. We've been turned away from other clinics due to my daughter being under the age of 25 (she's 20). The doctor was wonderful too and took the time to ask and answer questions. Thanks to Jeff and his wonderful team!

Very knowledgeable staff, friendly efficient service. I would suggest that individuals research all of the producers involved with the clinic and base your decision to order products on your own research, rather than simply taking a suggestion from anyone else. People should be doing their own research anyway and educating themselves on all of the many, many components of this sacred, ancient and healing plant.

I will be coming in to get some information, see if they will be able to help me get better. Had allot of troubles with other clinics i can see good reviews looks hopeful

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with the staff at the clinic. Everything was very professional and efficient. Definitely a very good experience.

They have helped my husband immensely. We are so grateful. He feels well again, and has been able to stop pain killers.

My good friend went to this clinic to see about treatment for migraines. I am writing this review on her behalf as she is concerned about public perception due to her career. She arrived 20 minutes early for her appointment time as she very nervous and did not want to be late. She met people who had appointments after her and they got seen. She told me the staff were very rude to her, did not say anything about the long wait, and were busy laughing with other patients, who they seemed to know. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, my friend asked for her file and left.

Is this place a full on scam? The doctor they sent me to in calgary limited me to 15% THC, I did not even know they could do that. Then they show me this website "tweed" who's web page was a joke, they had 10 products total, I laughed at the tweed web page when she brought it up to "show" me my "options". Since I was limited to 15% THC the only product I could buy from "tweed" is some crap banana kush. You have to try and grow the plant improperly to get that low of THC levels. So this place is either a full on scam "pay the $50 for paper work" or they are trying to sell pathetic quality marijuana at high end prices. Thanks for nothing 420 clinic.

I've been waiting 8 weeks for an appointment,beginning to think it's a scam.I followed up after 4 weeks and still nothing

I went in with a sever health concern. I intially, wrote an email, explaining my situation. I was asked to come in immediately. I was finally hopeful, that part went well. The intial meeting was great too. I was told to find a doctor and keep the person, I met with posted. I tried seeing Dr's that did not agree with medicinal marijauna; unfortunately. I was told, leaving the office after my intake, if I did not find a doctor, I could be helped with this directly within the 420 clinic. Someone called for a follow up requesting documentation. I explained "That due to false diagnosis and the over prescribing of pharmaceutical medication those documents are currently evidence in a lawsuit and so not so easily disclosed. I explained this to the person who called and she told me she "Will just rip up my paper work"! My local pot dealer does not require a birth certificate or any form of proof of citizenship so I am high and he is richer. I currently need doritos, is there a clinic that doesn't require documentation for nacho cheese scripts? None of that cool ranch bull shit!

I was not allowed to split my 2 gram prescription and I was not allowed to choose an LP. I was "assigned" Tweed who is the last place I wanted to get my medicine from..Smells like kickbacks and corruption.I will be reporting my experience and switching clinics when my script is up.
