Muay Thai is Thai kickboxing, also known as the Art of the Eight Limbs. Muay Thai is primarily a stand-up martial art that utilizes fist, elbow, knee and foot strikes as well as clinching techniques. I'll have to get a bunch of my friends to join on the open kickboxing event October 8th! Agh I can't wait!
It was a great time out there everything was nice and smooth I had fun and enjoy the compition everyone was friendly looking forward to going again
I took a double Thursday class here tonight while making a 2 day trip to Calgary, learned a lot in class, had a great workout and good group to train with looking forward to future visits when I pass through Calgary again :)
I have never had so much fun working out, Maeghen transformed my body in a very short time by using her martial arts training to keep it fun but also make it hard. The facilities were great, the staff was always great and well Maeghen is beyond great. Highly recommend anyone, at any age to come try it out here as you won't be disappointed.
I have all three of my kids in Muay Thai class age 8,11 and 12. They love it! Their confidence now and before they started classes is so much better! All staff at 5 Elements are awesome and very supportive especially Troy and Mike. We are so happy to be part of such an awesome team.
