5 Star Carpet Cleaning

My experience with 5 Star was only good. Some points: 1) I phoned late in the month and needed someone to come early in the day and they obliged even though I didn't phone earlier in the month to schedule, 2) he showed up on time, did a good job, 3) made sure I was satisfied with the job (confirmed a few times), and 4) was overall quite pleasant.

We had a few stains on our carpet that they did an admirable job removing.

Excellent service, low price, got out stains that i thought would never ever leave. polite , explained everything, offered appropriate extra services, worked fast.

What a joke. Comes into my house, says carpet is too dirty and he doesn't have a big enough truck! Really? Waste of time. Hire a real professional.

Extremely pleased with the service, and price. The guys who came to my house were very friendly and did an outstanding job. Would recommend this service to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.
