Our team and management in Canmore will attend a meeting with our professional advisors here in Alberta, while Dave and I will be in Van City for the Franchise Seminars, then we head off to Montreal for other business meetings on design and equipment for our Calgary and future locations 🙂

You saved Poutine for us! As Americans, we knew we needed to try it on our trip to Canada. Ordered some at a mediocre restaurant and - yuck. Richard with Chinook Rafting recommended 514 Poutine and we are very glad we stopped in. Delicious!

This place is not a joke. Its the real deal. Its the Haute Cuisine of Poutine and Montreal Smoked Meat. You can taste the perfection that goes into each order. Location wise, its in the industrial zone of Canmore. Dont let the location fool you. The best and tastiest food i found through traveling around the world are from street vendors or hard to find hole in the wall places. If you happen to be in Canmore stop by. You wont regret it. This will be my nr 1 destination for future Canmore trips. Keep up the good work.

The restaurant was closing but they opened the doors to let us in and still serve us poutine. This service is gold and the food always as good ! If you need a poutine fix, the closest to Quebec's taste around here, you gotta go!

Meeting Gina and David today was the best part of my lunch experience! Wonderful people, with great staff. Restaurant is very clean, organized and the food is Supreme (that just happened to be the poutine that I ordered), they are very friendly and welcoming. You NEED to go here. Seriously. Excellent quality food. We'll be back for more!

Hidden Jem !!! I brought a large group here , 10 kids and 6 Adults.. The food came out quick and perfect !! Not even 1 mistake !! The food was amazing and really fun !! Customer service was unbelievable... I wish i had the words to describe how great this place is !! They have something on their menu for everyone !! This place doesn't disappoint!! We will be back again and again !!! Thank you for accommodating a group our size, and giving the kids desert they loved it!

Delicious! Couldn't finish it all, and even my sad, reheated poutine leftovers played a most triumphant symphony on my tastebuds. Wish I lived closer, would eat here at least twice a week.

Best place to get poutine and steamie outside of Quebec! Love the people. We were there Easter Sunday for lunch..so good!

Been coming to canmore for a few years to eat here because this is the only restaurant that we can have the exact feeling and food of being back home !the staff are amazing friendly and we are so happy they are still going !our grandson says “this is the best hotdogs ever “ so that comes even from a 3 year old who is a difficult eater and loves and enjoys your food keep up the great work !
