7-Eleven

Nice people but the place burned down. Nobody got hurt in the fire but the place is closed right now.

Straight up - this is probably the ugliest, dirtiest, worst taken care of 711 in the whole city. the floors are disgusting, the staff are assholes, and the overall cleanses and function of this 711 store is repulsive. I get that this is a convince store and not a restaurant. but go to some nice renovated 711 and Mac's and you'll understand exactly what I'm talking about. NEEDS renovation, and Restaffing

This place is hands down the worst 711 I have ever been too. I have been coming here for years now hoping that one day things will run on track.
This 711 not only lacks poor customer service but I have watched with my own eyes on how the staff treat each other and it is disgusting.

The building is always dirty.

They let the same people loiter around all the time asking for money.

I was in a line up one day of at least 15 people and I noticed that the lady who was working all by herself trying to get everyone through was pregnant. I watched her run back and forth a couple times to the back to go and ask a staff member for help up front and that staff member (Kapil) took his sweet time and by the time I was getting through he had not arrived yet.

One time I was at the till and I had watched one of the employees (Sam) literally toss coins at this old lady when he gave her change back. I confronted Sam saying thats not you hand people their change.
Coincidentally I had a friend of mine tell me a few days earlier that one of the employees just threw his change back at him and when I saw it happen I knew exactly who my friend was talking about.

Thats not even all the poor experiances that I had witnessed here, these are just some examples.

This 711 needs a total make over.

Smells like a grease stain and there is this really rude Filipina girl in the post area, if you hate your job, quit. This 7-eleven needs improvement and more tidyness

This place is dirty and lack of proper maintenance. But the fried chicken is delicious and cheap.

They are awesome

It always smells like fish in there and they are always out of slurpee cups and lids. I was robbed at knife-point here last year. All-in-all I would not recommend this 7 Eleven.
