I love this place! Cool decor, amazing food and some of the best tequila cocktails I've ever had! All 3 times I've been, my server has been charming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend, especially to tequila lovers.

Went for a friend's birthday. That food was amazing (had the mole chicken), delicious margaritas and drinks. Overall a fantastic place for dinner and drinks, looking forward to going again!

Food was amazing. Portion sizes are large. At first it seemed a little pricey but once our meals came and we had a couple of margaritas it was worth every penny. Service was excellent as well. Highly recommended this restuarant.

Stopped by for drinks and appies on a Friday night @9:30. The place wasn't too crowded - there were a couple of larger groups but for the most part there was lots of room. The drinks (we tried a couple of different magaritas) were amazing - served in short glasses rather than the usual margarita glass. The guacamole was made table-side and was incredible. The service was wonderful - we were checked on constantly and all the staff members were courteous. Would recommend and would return.

Great service. Difficult for larger groups without reservations. I highly recommend reserving ahead of time. The happy hour is great (3 to 5). Although at times the quality of the tacos can be a bit inconsistent. The tequila selection though is incredible. Atmosphere is great. It's an awesome place to start the evening off. Tequila and tacos... you can't go wrong.

I can see why people would choose to drink here, but the food menu is overpriced when you consider both serving size and taste... I'm surprised by the overwhelmingly positive reviews on here. The tacos were disappointing, and were served with a few measly strands of cabbage slaw. The service was slow and by the time the hot sauces were delivered to our table (three of us ordered tacos) two of us had finished our meals. Looking forward to finding a more authentic-tasting Mexican restaurant in Calgary.

Pretty good spot overall. Well known YYC happy hour place for tacos and margaritas. Inconsistent service prevents them from the full 5 stars - sometimes it's decent but on more than one occasion I've gotten a somewhat confrontational vibe from the servers. Food is quite good and cocktails are decent.

Worth going to as an old standby, not for special occasions though.

If your idea of Mexican food is Taco Bell, this probably isn't the place for you. Food is more authentic (real meat, cheese, spice, cilantro, etc) and is very good! Fresh guacamole made at the table is a popular order. There are 2 drink menus, one for mixed drinks (margaritas, cocktails, etc) and one for tequilas/mezcal. The servers were friendly and very good with assisting with selection of tequila/mezcal for the adventurous, but service for our large group on this visit was lacking (half of the table consistently was forgotten about and we had to chase down the server multiple times to make an order). Because of the large group, gratuity was automatically added to our bills, but given the poor service half of us got, we spoke to the manager about it. He was not rude at all and happy to at least give a free round of shots to make up for it, and the gesture was good enough for us! This is a very popular restaurant, especially on weekends, so the place fills right up and the atmosphere is very loud but fun.
