3 weeks ago I had the misfortune of a family member accidentally damage my 2017 Honda Ridgeline as a result of a backing up incident. 2 weeks ago they fixed it. 1 week ago I was smiling and still am today.

First, I checked having the work done through the dealership and it was 1k more than A1. A family member who works in insurance told me A1 is a preferred provider of theirs - and you know if an insurance company takes their stuff there it's good - they don't have time to clown around with poor service providers. So - the decision was clear.

The work and communication throughout is top shelf. It's no fun having your car damaged - but A1 made me feel valued and they took care of it like it was their own.

After the work was complete - I get a fully cleaned and detailed car - nice touch. A few days later I notice a bulb they replaced wasn't working, I bring it in, they change it in like 5 minutes and I get a spare bulb.

My car was unfortunately damaged in a collision and the insurance company wanted to send me to another shop. I did some research and A1 auto body seemed like a better choice as I've heard nothing but good things about them. Well, I wasn't wrong! From the moment I dropped off my vehicle everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was treated to coffee and cookies while Mike went over my vehicle with me and he explained all of my repairs to me. My vehicle repair went flawlessly and quickly and before I knew it I had my car back. They even cleaned it for me! Not just a wash but a full vacuum inside, as well as wiping down my whole interior and the door sills which are always a mess. Calgarians, if you want to meet the nicest people in our fine city come here for your repairs! I can't thank all of you enough at A1! You made something negative into a 100% positive for me. Thank you thank you thank you! :)

A1 Auto Body was amazing and very accessible for a Deaf person requesting their services to repair my car from a car accident. They were able to accommodate my communication request and repaired my car within couple of days. The repairs completed were amazing! It looks like it has never had an accident. I've used A1 3 times now and each time has been amazing. The staff are so friendly and service is impeccable. Their turnaround is phenomenal, I had taken my car in for an estimate and within 45 minutes I had the estimate back. Car booked in to be repaired on a Thursday, back to me on Tuesday and it was a long weekend! They have made difficult and stressful situations so much easier and are the only body shop I recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much A1 for everything you do! Keep up the awesome work

Great Service. Very friendly people from start to finish. I had my quote in my email within 2 hours of the estimate. Rental vehicle pick up right at the shop which makes things very convenient. I was told 3 to 5 days for repairs and vehicle was ready 1/2 way through the third day. When I mean ready they fully cleaned inside and out. I only had my bumper and tow hitch replaced so for them to fully clean my truck in my eyes is above and beyond. I would recommend A-1 Auto body. Thanks for great service

Great service, friendly staff. From the estimate right up to picking up my vehicle. I wish I had seen the sign that they did oil changes because I would have had them do that too.Special thanks to Kirsten. She was amazing both on the phone and in person. They even were ready to arrange a rental in case they didn't have a courtesy vehicle that would accomodate my arthritic hip. A1 is right!

My experience at A1 was great. I was contacted by a representative about the hail damage on my truck and when I could fit into a time slot for repair. When I came to drop off the truck I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help. I was told it would take a week to repair and I think it was actually repaired in a day or two less. They set me up with a rental vehicle and I was on my wayWhen I came to pick up my truck It looked fantastic. I highly recommended A1 auto body to anyone. Great service friendly staff and you vehicle looks great when there through with it.

I had the unfortunate experience of having someone run into me, but the good fortunate of being recommended to A1 Autobody. Great service, always on time, loaner car on site - it was a no hassle experience. The staff are all efficient, super helpful, friendly and very accommodating. My car looks great. Great customer service was the first thing we noticed when myself and a coworker first took our work truck in for an estimate. They have very friendly staff who are very informative and always are happy to answer a question or a concern.
Our company decided to go through with a major rebuild. It was a complete overhaul of the entire exterior of a rusty truck that otherwise works great, but was getting hard to look at. After the work was complete our truck looked like brand new out of the factory. They did a terrific job and I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for auto body work in the Calgary area.

Extremely pleased! This is my third experience with A1 this year (and the first time I write a review). From their introduction of the claim, the adjuster, the workmanship and completion of claim - all aspects of company were top-notch (or A-1) rating in my experience. After the first claim, I felt that the peace-of-mind and respect I received as a client were exceptional. For Claims #2 and #3, I directed my insurance company to use them again. Being able to rent a vehicle through their office also proved very convenient. Thank you so much.

Horrible body shop. I had an aftermarket bumper put on my truck. Was assured they could handle the job when I spoke with the appraiser. First time they hacked my fender flares and splash guards. Truck went in for warranty work, fine, mistakes happen. Got my truck back, fender flares look good, however the splash guards still do not stay tucked behind the bumper as they're supposed to. Now I'm not happy that I have to go back again. Once I'm there the warranty guy tells me I'm on my own. Now keep in mind these guys offer a lifetime warranty, until the scope of the work is out of their skill set.

By far the best experience in service I've had. Ive been driving for almost 20 years and never been in an accident. I was not at fault and once I spoke with Gary he assured me it would get fixed, and look as good as new and that he would take over from here in regards to contacting the other party. It was done a day early and My car was clean and fixed up again. He also took the time to show me the 3M on my vehicle was not done properly and was starting to lift. I will always recommend A-1 to anyone I know with full confidence that they will b taken care of.

From start to finish. A-1 has been fantastic. I didn't have to worry about arranging for my own rental car, they provided one from their own fleet. All staff involved were very competent and professional they had my car ready for me as soon as it was done. They even detailed it for me. I would definitely recommend them to all friends and family!

I have gone to A1 Autobody a couple times now and they never cease to impress. All the staff is professional, kind, and happy to help. They strive for a quick turn around time which I, as a customer, always appreciate. They also strive for quality. Every time I have received my vehicle back I have been extremely happy with he results and their attention to detail. I would also like to mention how they also take the time to detail the inside of your car so it is nice and clean when you come to pick it up. I always refer people to A1 and will keep going back.
