A-1 Licence & Registry

Well, had a nice blonde lady for an examiner for my class one. She was is all business, which is kind of what you want when dealing with an examiner. If you want a friend, go find one at Starbucks.
When I was reclassing my license the staff inside were friendly, knowledgeable and quite pretty. The lineups were small, and the facility was very clean. I waited for over two hours at the license center yesterday. So for that alone I would recommend a-1!!!!

Staff this place up. So annoying that everytime I go there the lines to the door.

If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. 90% of the employees make a sack of hammers look smart!!

Blonde female driver instructor needs to learn some interpersonal skills. It's hard to do well on your test when you're getting attitude and rudeness before your even in the vehicle let alone on the road.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I recently took my drivers test there and I could not believe the disrespect I had gotten from my driver examiner. She didn't even introduce herself, ignored me and when I ask questions on whether she meant for me to turn right here she said she gave clear instructions however "we are turning right soon" didnt really help. Ive also heard bad things about her from others. She also eye rolled many times and called me annoying when I apologized for my misunderstanding. She had stressed me out more than anyone I had ever driven with. When the test was over and I had passed she explained what I did wrong then said I passed, leaving the vehicle and saying nothing more. As I was waiting in the looonnnggg line she was on her phone clearly texting someone. Seemed like she had better things to do. I would not recommend to anyone. I will not name names. The other staff was quite nice, other than the long line.

Severely understaffed and the really enjoyed watching the staffs friends butt in front of 15+ people so they could visit. The lady I had was extremely rude and unwilling to help. She pulled someone ahead of me while I filled out my one sheet of paper and then I had to wait for her to be finished with him. When I inquired about a rush she told me to go to the other place and I laughed and told her I had just waited an hour and that would be ridiculous and she told me I was being rude? She then shoved my papers at me and told me to leave. I've never experienced such horrible customer service.

slow service and rude. wouldn't help with paperwork and told me to get it faxed there myself because there is a line up. maybe if they hired more than three people!!!! not worth your time. better off somewhere else!

Recently moved provinces. Had some issues with getting some paperwork. They were fantastic and went out of their way to help solve the issue at hand. Management was very helpful!

Unbelievably slow service. 2/6 stalls open. You're better off driving a bit further to get faster service else where. Very disappointing.

It might be a good idea to hire a couple more staff. It doesn't make sense to have people lined out the door, with one staff member at the counter. There are thousands looking for jobs in this town, maybe contributing to the local economy and hiring some more people would be wise.
