We switched to AE Security years ago and have had a great experience ever since. From setting up the system to customer service to the app for monitoring the system, AE is top notch. They get my highest recommendation.

I've been a client of theirs for over 10 years and can't say enough good things about them. We had very good service from AE security. Working with Elisha and the installer Brian. They were both kind, caring, understood our needs and we would definitely work with them again as well as recommend them to our friends and family.

Great people, family orientated business, great price....I fell for the "free equipment" from other companies in the past, nothing free about it. AE has it right.

* Update* after 4 years, and a notable rise in crime, it was time to update the system to a smart system with cameras.. great experience as always and a great price. Just for reference I accepted a home visit and quote from Vivint, tried to give me "free equipment " plus a few hundred for my "extras" and double the monthly fee of AE and a minimum 5 year contract.

AE Security has been my go-to for home security since around the late '80s. They've installed systems in 4 homes so far. The second home was in West Hillhurst and I waited a little longer than I should have to make the call to AE. Within a few weeks of moving in the front door was smashed and I ended up losing thousands. AE installed a new system within days and I never worried about the incident again.
The technology keeps changing but my happiness with the results and the service remain. A great group to rely on. And it really pays to deal with a genuine authorized Honeywell dealer!
