Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely rude and uncaring staff. Never ever have I been spoken to so rudely before. Henna not only talked down to me she kept telling me to calm down when I actually was, she's a very disrespectful woman.
Cancelling was like pulling teeth. Would give 0 stars if possible

After 20+ years our family has found the service to be less than what we have received in the past. From late pink slips for vehicles we no longer own to monies being extracted out of accounts when one of our family members chose to use a different broker and notification was given to A Plus. They, unknowingly to the policy holder, use a outfit out of Nova Scotia to extract funds (IFS) without any notice, which resulted in an NFS fee and 4 months of double dipping into the bank account. After the problem was discovered, A Plus would take no responsibility for their error even when the original e mail from the new broker was presented to them. Yes, we must say in the end, they did refund the monies extracted for a policy they no longer managed, but still refused to refund the NSF charges that were no fault of the policy holder as A Plus had no right to withdraw the funds to begin with. They have asked for information regarding vehicles, which has been provided, and then acknowledge they have received, with thanks only to call an ask for the very same information again two weeks later! This seems to be a lack of attention to their clientèle in this families opinion. One member has left and leads the way for the rest of us.

I dealt with both Hennah and Zeeshan. Both were very helpful, and gave by far the best rates I could find. A plus insurance exceeded my expectations, wouldn't hesitate to recomend to anybody.
