Can't get consistent service from them. Always have to deal with someone new. Tried to insure a new vehicle and I get billed twice. Going to start looking for a new broker.

So inefficient! My policy expires June 30. I have cancelled it with Aaron Lawrick who is supposed to be the specialist assigned to me.. I have notified him and sent them my SIGNED cancelation form for Them NOT to deduct my payment as I have cancelled my insurance with them after my policy ends. But what do you know they still deducted my account last month end. My policy clearly states that my last deduction ends on May 30, 2016 but come June 30, despite my cancellation they still deducted my account.. In short, I have paid twice for two separate insurance companies because of the inefficiency of this insurance company!! I left a voice mail on your general voice mailbox I hope so,embody will get back to me the soonest possible time on Monday July 4.. And don't ever deal with that Aaron. The first time I called him regarding my cancellation
he didn't care at all because he said he was on lunch break !!! Hello.. What a customer service you got in there!!
