Hi everyone and welcome to AB Fab Fitness (formerly known as CIZE Live Carseland). I am a busy Mom, Wife, Business Owner and Fitness Instructor in Carseland, Alberta and originally hail from Scotland. I immigrated to Canada with my Husband in 2005 and we welcomed our son in 2007. I started my fitness journey in January 2015 with the 21 Day Fix and I haven't looked back from there. I am in the best shape of my life since leaving the Military in 1995, and I will be hitting the Big 50 on Easter Sunday this year. I have been a Beachbody Coach for 2 years, and a Certified CIZE Live Instructor for 18 months. I teach my CIZE Live Classes at Carseland Hall on Thursday nights at 6. 30pm and I look forward to seeing you in one of my classes.
