We provide a Voice and Work opportunities for the 65% of Alberta's Indigenous people who are not represented by affiliates of either the AFN or the MNC.

The AAA has changed into a Indigenous Labor & Environmental Non Government Organization. It is not an Indigenous political group in any way. It's primary concern is the participation of Indigenous Workers on Projects and anyother work happening on the Traditional Territories that the Off-Reserve and Non-Historic Metis consider their Homelands. While working on these jobs the AAA Membership will monitor the ctivities going on around them and will have their concerns addressed by the Designated AAA Rep on Site. .
