Accent Infills is passionate about bridging Edmonton’s communities. We build houses that merge the old with the new in our city’s mature neighbourhoods. Our home designs reflect and accentuate the diverse character and history of these neighbourhoods while incorporating modern materials and specifications able to withstand our notorious Alberta climate.

We’re helping to revitalize Edmonton’s mature neighbourhoods. As older homes in these areas reach the natural end of their viability, we revive the properties with thoughtful infill. We have the utmost respect for the integrity of streetscapes; we take into account the other homes on a block and preserve the trees on our lots whenever we can. If not, we redistribute them into the community through our transplant, wood bank, firewood and even wood chip programs.

We name our skinny home designs after iconic bridges in Edmonton because they’re tall, narrow, built to last and bridge mature neighbourhoods. We name our semi-detached homes after Edmonton parks where we enjoy sharing spaces. Finally, we name our Single Family homes after Edmonton schools as we strive to build exemplary structures.
