Accentric Salon & Spa (Permanently Closed)

I had my first visit at Accentric Salon & Spa a few days ago and absolutely loved my experience. The salon is very clean and well kept. I was greeted by two friendly stylists, one being Lisa-Marie, who did my hair. Right from the start she made me feel right at home and was really easy to talk to - both about my hair and just good conversation in general! Lisa-Marie was very quick to understand the look I was going for and was able to mix up the exact blonde I wanted for highlights. You can tell she is not only experienced but she is also passionate about what she does. At no point did I feel like I was being "upsold" on any of their products, however I did get a hair treatment at Lisa-Marie's recommendation and it was so worth it. Overall, my hair looks better than it has in years & feels healthier than when I went in. It was really refreshing to walk out of a salon without feeling any hesitation and not feeling as though I had overpaid for my highlights! I have already booked my next appointment with them & I am looking forward to the next visit!

AMAZING....not enough stars. I saw Lisa Marie this morning and she fixed my hair that was previously botched from a different salon. I told her what I wanted, she understood and worked her magic. She took her time, checked on me, was gentle on my fine hair, gave me the type of color and width of chunks I wanted. It's been a while since I have found someone good and now I finally have so I'm not going to stray. Lisa Marie is my hair dresser from now on! I also loved that both Lisa Marie and the receptionist were nice, friendly and attentive. Not only did she fix my hair but the experience was awesome too. Thank you so very much Lisa Marie..... Once my hair grows a little I will be back!

Gave me am awful haircut! Tried to sell me men's shampoo. It's been a couple months since I've been and each day I am angry about crazy bangs I was given. Very short, had to fix them when I got home as they were crooked. Maybe there are good stylists employed here, if so, I didn't see them.

I've been here a few times now, service was done well but the environment had me thrown back. It was very hostile. I had the owner doing my hair and telling me stories about her husband, I then had another stylist inform me that she is actually not married and has problems...Very uncomfortable. As for the service I felt my hair was okay but not for what I was charged.

I got my hair and nails done here for my graduation recently. The service was friendly, but hair and nails poorly done. I got a shellac manicure and it peeled off completely the next day before I had even had a shower. For my hair I had shown a fairly simple hairstyle to the stylist, who said she couldn't French braid my hair, which was something fairly basic. I also asked to have my hair quite curly, and she only did the ends unevenly, and I walked out with something I could have done better myself.
