Useless. Maybe another store in town is better. There were three people at the counter. One was having a personal phone conversation and seemed agitated to the extent as to be a distraction to everyone in the room. The woman who served me didn't know whether they had the product until I told her they had it on the internet but I had had difficulty sorting out which part I was looking for because I wasn't familiar with how they were measured. She asked what size it was. I said 'that big', pointing to the old part where it had been on the counter all along.. She asked the third guy about it and he said 'what's the part number?' Really, if I knew where to measure it and/or the part number, I would have told them. It seems to be a small store. Maybe the old one is bigger and better. Edited to add. Nope tried the main store over by trans supply and they weren't much better.
