I was very pleased with my service they put me on priority and in less than 12 hours they were testing my problem furnace. Same day Wayne went and got parts and started replacing parts Unfortunatly after 5hours trying. Everything the furnace was dead. He was on the phone to his company to replace my furnace. He went out of his way to provide small heaters to as many rooms we needed . I had enough to keep my home from freezing . They are reliable curtious professional Wayne made sure my furnace would be installed in two days. He explained all cost how it would be done plus a home inspection fixed a leak under my sink in minutes . He was here on time with. Kayle and the two started covering my floors went under the house on the roof in the cold without a break. I. had anew furnace less then5 hours I have a new furnace they even vacuumed !!! I am totally pleased and would recommend you call them first for all pluming needs. I had called Mr Furnace who kept setting up dates and times to be here 3 days they came told me I would here from them in 2or3 days about parts they called and said another few days for parts buy. In the mean time Action Auger Calgary had done it all and job finished! Thanks Wayne and Kayle !

My service person was Steve, he was extremely meticulous and informative, he worked steady and often stop to explain what he was doing, I was very comfortable with him and the great job he was doing. He was cleaning out a drain into my septic tank that was backing up into my basement, when he completed his work he made a wonderful clean up job, a job that would have rivaled mine anyday. Thank you Steve for a job well done. I would definitely recommend this company, giving them 5 stars out of 5.

Adam came to replace an old leaking faucet with a new one, which he did efficiently after discussing what it was we wanted. After a careful house inspection he advised us to install new metal hoses to our washer.after explaining what happens when old rubber hoses wear out. His explanations were clear and concise and we appreciated the ease and care with which he went about these tasks. Many thanks.

I was extremely impressed with the service we received. Everything was explained and shown to us step by step. Ladislav Haman was our tech and he was really polite and knowledgeable and good with our cat.

Would recommend to anyone. It's possible that this company is more expensive, I don't know. But what you get is someone like Ladislav, who heard us say our toilet was leaking but didn't just come in and fix the toilet, he first checked everything and found the real problem which was a sewage backup.

You get what you pay for and I feel I got my money's worth.

I just had your service technician Teagan Hill at my home. She diagnosed the problem (worn out pipe leading to outside tap) explained the cost, and did the repair. It was a WONDERFUL experience seeing a young woman in this trade. She worked efficiently, made zero mess(even brought a piece of carpet so not to step on my hardwood floors), and was very friendly and polite!! I WILL use this company again!! Competitive prices, second to none EXPERIENCED trades people,, and done in a VERY timely manner!!! My faith in plumbers has been restored!! Thank you Teagan!!

The guy from "The gentleman plumbing" aka "Action Auger Canada" asked $ 497.00 for buying and replacing my kitchen faucet!!! Can you believe that?!
Then he said it costs $ 700.00 for unclogging the drain using an auger!!!

I said no and he left (he asked $73.00 for 'diagnosis' though). I had zero experience in plumbing. So I watched two youtube videos about changing kitchen faucet, then went under the sink, took out the faucet, went to Home Depot, bought a great new faucet and installed it myself easily. 400$ saved. Sweet!

For unclogging, I noticed that the pipe system under the sink can be disassemble easily by hand and can be replaced by new pipes (3 pipes from Home Depot) for less than $50. Remember he asked for
$ 700 !!!

On the side note, buy a 'basin wrench' for changing your faucet. It's the only weird thing you might need.

Both Dave & Brian were knowledgeable , polite & courteous. The faucet problem was fixed promptly. During the complimentary home inspection,
Dave gave me some pointers in the maintenance of the plumbing & heating system. Everything was explained in details & all questions answered.
I'm quite happy with their service.
Cost for this service call seems higher than their competitor - I've similar work done 3 years ago by one of their competitor; similar size company & provides similar services using the same per job book rate pricing structure.
The pricing that Dave has shown me in their rate book was somewhat higher. But then again, my information is 3 years ago.
Inflation could have gone up that much in 3 years.
Either way, the job was well done. Thank you much Dave & Brian.

Jeff and Steve were great! Very informative and helpful. Thankfully they were able to get my piece of jewelry that went down the bathroom sink. They did have to replace the pipe because whoever did the plumbing when we buildt the house glued it. Did a cleaning with Bio-Smart which I will be using on all the rest of our pipes in the house to remove that smelly odour that builds up. Thank you!
