Service was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! Right from the moment I walked in the staff showed excellent customer service in helping me find the exact accessories (bumper and light bars) I was looking for without trying to push me to spend out of my price range. The wait time for my bumper was supposed to be 4-6 weeks but the guys looked into some local warehouses and were able to find me one within days. When my truck was returned to me (unfinished from a different auto body shop) without the lights wired, or even installed, one of the techs at Action offered to work after hours, on his own time, to complete the installation for me, that day! I won't go anywhere else but Action for my truck parts and accessories!

Joey and Sienna were awesome! Super helpful. They had a challenge that was totally not their fault but still got my parts installed the same day they promised. Also their prices was very competitive in town.

I'm in Ontario and order from the Grand Prairie store on a regular basis. I've ordered numerous aftermarket parts for my dodge ram, everything fit perfectly! Everyone I've spoke to over the phone have dealt with me in a professional manner and I've never been disappointed with the products. They did an awesome job spraying my new bull bar with Line-X.
