Worst insurance company ever. To long to retype they deleted my last review . Completely fraud and shady company.

The team at Action is great. Always fast to reply, sometimes within minutes, of your request. I have sent numerous referrals their way and virtually everyone was greeted with a lower rate. Free quotes means you might as well inquiry and see what they can do!

Worst company EVER. Have been calling and emailing and calling and calling for the last three weeks trying to contact one by the name of Susan. Have left several voice mails, and emails but has not returned the call. This company has a terrible excuse for customer service. There prices may be low to some but save your valuable time and go somewhere else. What a joke!!

I bought car insurance here last week and they gave me a very competitive quote and I got a discount from my employer as we are members of a group they have. I recommend them.

My agent Terrence was fantastic-very detail oriented and asked lots of questions to make sure we were given the right coverage for our business. We also received a very competitive rate compared to our previous insurer. 2 enthusiastic Thumbs up for Action !

I do not recommend this company. I signed up with them when my friend got a job there around the same time I needed new insurance. Ever since she has left it's been nothing but a pain. I have to call many time and jump through the same awful automated voice system. Then I always get passed off to someone else, and have only ever gotten voicemail. Out of all the voicemail's I have left, I was only called back once. All I want is to switch my insurance to a new vehicle but no one will call me back. So it looks like I will have to go in and talk in person to cancel my policy with them. I cannot imagine a less professional service. Save yourself the trouble and find someone more willing to actually help you when you need it.
