Fantastic service department, these guys go above and beyond!

My SUV had egine light on and other several issue, I took it Adams Wetaskiwin to fix it, I already had diagnosis from other mehanic, I gave them all the codes and told about the issue have with car, I left my car with them for 3days to fix it, After I pick up my car from them within a week car started having same problems like before they fix, I again bring my car back to Adams to fix it and then I found their mechanic had not even looked after any of the codes and issues I told them, which I had from other mechanic, then Adams mechanic told me its going to be like 10hrs labour to fix it and it may be transmission,,,,, which I felt its just an excuses to Ignore me,,, I felt their mechanics are just idiots, they dont know what to do,,, I would never deal with them or not recommend to anyone

When shopping for another truck I encountered a very lack lustre sales person who couldn't provide an explanation about some issues I had raised. The truck I test drove still had replacement light boxes in the back seat & it seemed the truck had been repaired. I was not impressed . A very poor selection of used vehicles.

I went to get my service done at Adam's Chevrolet and from the initial contact from Justin and Tyler, right to the Service Manager Dean, I was treated with respect and professionalism. They took care of all my concerns and did so with pride.
I recommend anyone who needs any work done to go see the fine people at Adams, you will be happy you did.

I am writing this review from my very positive treatment from Adams Chevrolet.
I am totally impressed with Adams Chevrolet in Wetaskiwin and Service Advisor Rene Griffiths in particular. I was visiting Camrose and needed a door switch programmed. The dealer in Camrose was too busy. I called Adams at 10 am, spoke to Service Advisor Rene Griffiths, I explained my situation. He asked me if I could be at the Dealership by 1:30. Arrived at 1:15 and truck was taken in the garage at 1:25. There was an issue programming the new switch because I didn't have the old one. They contacted GM HQ and downloaded the necessary file to reprogram my door switch. All the while I was being updated by Rene on their progress. The work was completed in little over an hour and the Labour rates were very reasonable. If I were in the market for a new or used vehicle and based on my experience with Adams Chevrolet Buick GMC I would certainly consider buying a vehicle there.
