Associate did not know how to process a Mall Gift Card...didnt even bother to ask for help...waited 10 mins she still couldn't figure it out. Ended up paying cash for a $90 item.... however would have been nice to not have had to. Maybe retrain your staff so I do not have to waste my time (and the 3 people in line behind me)and money
