Great store! The ladies that work there are very welcoming, friendly and always inform me of their promotions. Love going there, never feel like I'm being judged and always have fun shopping!

I went here looking for help finding bras and holy smokes. The staff was incredible and the experience was far from painful. Have recommended this location a handful of times to friends since!

I'm highly frustrated with the Signal Hill Additional Elle. As a frequent and long time Addition Elle Shopper, I feel like every time I go to this store I am treated like a second class citizen. I have no issues with the customer service at any other Additional Elle or Penningtons in the city -- but every time I go to this store I have a very negative experience. It's so odd to me that it happens at ONLY this location - every other store the staff are really great and very helpful.

Today, no one told me about the sales, I overheard them telling every other customer that walked in what they were. In fairness, I think they could have just not realized that they missed me (no big deal). However, as I'm wandering around the store picking out items to try on -- not a single person asked if I needed help or if I wanted a fitting room. I passed the same 3 sales associates multiple times as they chatted to other customers. One thing I noticed in this store is that some of the clothes were dirty -- like this trench coat I found was covered in brown dirt at the bottom, like someone had dragged it across the floor.

A part of me wanted to walk out of the store, but I need new clothes for a business trip. So I decide to head to the changing room. This older women with short brown hair takes one look at me, says nothing, unlocks the door and looks back at me (still saying no words). At this point I'm unsure if the changing room is even for me, so I stare blankly back at her, and eventually determine it is mine. I reply "thank-you" and begin to try on the 5 garments. I'm probably in there for 10-15 minutes and no one asks if I need another size or how I'm doing.

The lady at the till was marginally friendlier than the rest. She gave me some coupons to use on my next purchase. Overall, just frustrated by the service/experience with this location. Addition Elle has awesome clothes, I just think I will be driving out of my way now to go to another location.
