SATTVA CLASS is a dynamic flow of postures that helps build balance, inner stangth, and energy. This class incorporates breath work and meditation to strengthen the lungs and centre the mind. This is an invigorating practice that cleanses body and mind. Suitable for all Yogis.
BASIC RESTORATIVE CLASS is a blend of mindful, uplifting Hatha postures, and deep nurturing restorative yoga. This rejuvenating class balances the mind, soothes the heart, and inspires the spirit. All levels
