We would like to thank the Fort McMurray Fire Department for welcoming our summer camp kids today to the Fire Hall 1. It was a lot of fun and the kids loved it! Thank you so much for showing us around the facility and the equipment and for the safety advise... it was the perfect end to our Super Hero Week.

Yesterday we all had a blast at my son (Samuel) Birthday Party at Aim High Park.

I would like to thank Cecilia and all the staff for the organisation, for the excellent service, for their professionalism and also their kindness. Thanks to you guys all the kids were very happy during three hours and I even heard some of them saying: "that's the best Birthday Party ever!!!". Thanks again guys, my son had a great 7th birthday and obviously I highly recommend this place. Cheers! :)

We had our son’s party last week and it was awesome. Thanks to the Manager and staff for the great service. We received all the support that we needed to prepare the party and assure the kids had a great time. Thank you

So glad we are getting new attractions and things to do in fort Mcmurray! I love that it's not just trampolines, but also a giant playground and wicked VR! Aswell as concession and a great viewing area for parents who want to just Facebook and watch their kids jump from upstairs lol! Excited to be having fun and supporting LOCAL businesses!! �

My 8 and 11 year old boys love it there and ask to go a few times a week! They have so much fun and get some exercise!! Finally something in town for kids this age to do!! Love it!

Love coming here with the kids especially virtual reality. The time goes by quick and its worth every minute. Especially the new vr escape rooms. Lots of choices and theyre always adding new ones so its always something new c: also the staff is great and know their stuff definitely recommend so anyone whos thought about trying it out.

Just wanted to share our Birthday party experience at Aim High today. IT WAS AMAZING. From the minute we got there to the last second we left, the workers were so helpful and happy! We had 3 hours there; 1hr park, 1hr upstairs room, and another hour in the park.



When we first walked in Cecilia (I think her name was, can't remember) met us at the door and helped us bring our cake and loot bags upstairs. She then took all the coats and brought them upstairs while we made sure each guest had on park socks and a wrist band. She went over the schedule with us and gave us a bin to put the gifts in that would be brought up to the room for us. She then told the kids to go have fun!



For safety and my peace of mind I decided the kids had to play on the playground only. Having 10 - 8 year olds running around, I didn't want to have to be going between the two play centers. This worked out great!



When it was time to eat, the room was already set up for us so we just headed upstairs! They ordered 3 pizzas for us (from pizza hut) and it was waiting on the table! They decorated the table with a table cloth, provided plates, napkins and cutlery as well as 5 balloons in a bundle. They also had candles and a lighter (cause this momma forgot!). Once the kids were done eating and the birthday girl had opened her presents they headed back downstairs to play while the workers took care of cleaning the room!! They even provided us with a tote to borrow so we could bring everything back out to the car. This would be one thing I recommend!! Bring bags or a bin or something because once your 45 mins is up in the room you have to remove everything because another party is planned after yours. We had no where to store our loot bags or the kids coats until some of the hangers became free on the coat rack.



The kids had such a fun time and it wasn't stressful on us adults either! I would recommend this for anyone needing a birthday location but for older kids (8+)



We will be going back! In the words of my 8 year old "Best Birthday Ever!"

Just had my sons 5th party here today & absolutely loved it ! They were well organized for when our party guests arrived and set up our room for us plus helped with all the clean up. The kids had an absolute blast & they were always checking with us to make sure everything was going good. For 3 hours it’s well worth the money!

I loved this place �kept my son very busy both time's I have been here. There is 2 side's one trampoline park and the other great climbing and great slides with a huge ballpit. I will definitely come here again if I ever come back to Fort McMurray Alberta.

I booked our hockey teams year end party at Aim High and the kids had a blast! It was a great deal, our party host was fantastic and a huge help! Not to mention it was extremely convenient to just show up with our team and everything else including food was taken care of!

The only issue we ran into was the friendliness of the front desk lady. She was rude to the parents and kids who had questions etc. One of the kids’ bracelets fell off, she told him he couldn’t have another one and he had to leave.

Aside from that, everyone else we dealt with tonight was fantastic and helpful!

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Aim High and it was the easiest party we’ve ever had. All we had to do was show up and have a great time. They supplied everything we needed and also took care of the setting up and cleaning up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

23 kids 6 hours. You think I would be pulling my hair out. But they all had so much fun and I barely had to lift a finger. Best birthday party ever. Would totally do that again

Went with my little brother last week. The structures and play areas are beautiful!



I do think it could be a little cleaner. Having worked in an indoor playground before, I understand how hard it is to keep it all clean, but cleanliness should always be a top priority when it comes to children. � and there were a few areas that I didn’t want to crawl through.



But otherwise, friendly staff and so much fun!

We really enjoyed our experience there. My kids are 4 and 5 and had lots of fun. My only complaint, the food was disgusting. The menu is pretty much, hot dogs (which we ordered and were luke warm), pizza, nachos and cheese or bubble tea. I suggest eating before you go. They definitely need to work on their menu.

It’s a great park to have here. The kids love it. I went twice both times on Saturday and they wanted to charge me completely different prices, one day $38 and the other day $48 for the same two kids and exact same thing each time. They couldn’t give me an answer to why the price was different. The cashiers need to be consistent with pricing. They charge what they like i think.

Some of the front staff are pushy I found. I had one girl ask me 4 times if I had signed a waiver while I was waiting to pay.

I am really happy with our experience and have been twice. My 5yo and 10 yo love it. I find the current price of $30/ kid for a hour jumping and 1 hour playing really appropriate. I booked both times online and that is a bit of a mess, both times I had to show the counter staff my payment confirmation and that I paid for the socks already. The foyer/entrance area is very congested and set up oddly. There are dozens of people clogging a small area in front of the door when there is a large amount of room to the left and right if the counter, it made going between the play are and trampoline area difficult and my sock feet were soaked. There seem to be many opening pains still to work out but we will definitely be repeat customer.

The prices at Aim High Park is outrageous!! There should be some type of a family rate!! $25 per child PLUS you have to buy their socks. I was there today with 5 kids. It was just under $140 �. I made the mistake of not checking prices online before I went. The facility is okay. Nothing super fancy about it that warrants that type of price tag. It was not the cleanest and there were zero staff walking around checking on any of the areas. In a 3+ hour timeframe we never saw one staff member other then the initial check in. It wasn’t busy at all so you’d think it would be MUCH cleaner. This could be such a great spot but unfortunately we won’t be back due to prices being way out of our range. I was in shock honestly.

State of the art facility. Really nice front of house staff. The concession is really sad and the employee was very quiet and rude. The main component of the menu is pizza and they didn’t have any. Apparently it was coming in 20 minutes... so they don’t make it they order it I guess. They didn’t have any fruit bowls either.

Great place to take your own kids to have some family fun BUT ... Just had my daughters 6th birthday party there today. Paid quiet a bit (which I figured for all the kids to jump & play) but couldn't bring your own food or pop! Had to order from their place of choice. AND Supposed to have a party attendant to and I quote from their online add " A Party Host specially trained to organize all activities, entertain and serve guests" which we had no party host to do any of that so we really had no idea what was going on at all & to say the least non of the workers really had a clue what was going on either.



Like I said super great place for family fun but not the best service for a birthday party.

Very rude & not helpful staff...





“We lost a the front desk -a customer took it by mistake- the staff refused to review the cameras... they said it’s ONLY LIVE STREEM!!!!... if it is truly the case how safe is that if anything incident happens down there???”



After we spent 4 hrs looking everywhere... the customer came back with the lost key...



We finally were asked to don’t comeback again because we were upset about how the staff handled the situation... never again...

She went over the schedule with us and gave us a bin to put the gifts in that would be brought up to the room for us. She then told the kids to go have fun!



For safety and my peace of mind I decided the kids had to play on the playground only. Having 10 - 8 year olds running around, I didn't want to have to be going between the two play centers. This worked out great!



When it was time to eat, the room was already set up for us so we just headed upstairs! They ordered 3 pizzas for us (from pizza hut) and it was waiting on the table! They decorated the table with a table cloth, provided plates, napkins and cutlery as well as 5 balloons in a bundle. They also had candles and a lighter (cause this momma forgot!). Once the kids were done eating and the birthday girl had opened her presents they headed back downstairs to play while the workers took care of cleaning the room!! They even provided us with a tote to borrow so we could bring everything back out to the car. This would be one thing I recommend!! Bring bags or a bin or something because once your 45 mins is up in the room you have to remove everything because another party is planned after yours. We had no where to store our loot bags or the kids coats until some of the hangers became free on the coat rack.



The kids had such a fun time and it wasn't stressful on us adults either! I would recommend this for anyone needing a birthday location but for older kids (8+)



We will be going back! In the words of my 8 year old "Best Birthday Ever!"

Just had my sons 5th party here today & absolutely loved it ! They were well organized for when our party guests arrived and set up our room for us plus helped with all the clean up. The kids had an absolute blast & they were always checking with us to make sure everything was going good. For 3 hours it’s well worth the money!

I loved this place �kept my son very busy both time's I have been here. There is 2 side's one trampoline park and the other great climbing and great slides with a huge ballpit. I will definitely come here again if I ever come back to Fort McMurray Alberta.

I booked our hockey teams year end party at Aim High and the kids had a blast! It was a great deal, our party host was fantastic and a huge help! Not to mention it was extremely convenient to just show up with our team and everything else including food was taken care of!

The only issue we ran into was the friendliness of the front desk lady. She was rude to the parents and kids who had questions etc. One of the kids’ bracelets fell off, she told him he couldn’t have another one and he had to leave.

Aside from that, everyone else we dealt with tonight was fantastic and helpful!

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Aim High and it was the easiest party we’ve ever had. All we had to do was show up and have a great time. They supplied everything we needed and also took care of the setting up and cleaning up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

23 kids 6 hours. You think I would be pulling my hair out. But they all had so much fun and I barely had to lift a finger. Best birthday party ever. Would totally do that again

Went with my little brother last week. The structures and play areas are beautiful!



I do think it could be a little cleaner. Having worked in an indoor playground before, I understand how hard it is to keep it all clean, but cleanliness should always be a top priority when it comes to children. � and there were a few areas that I didn’t want to crawl through.



But otherwise, friendly staff and so much fun!

We really enjoyed our experience there. My kids are 4 and 5 and had lots of fun. My only complaint, the food was disgusting. The menu is pretty much, hot dogs (which we ordered and were luke warm), pizza, nachos and cheese or bubble tea. I suggest eating before you go. They definitely need to work on their menu.

It’s a great park to have here. The kids love it. I went twice both times on Saturday and they wanted to charge me completely different prices, one day $38 and the other day $48 for the same two kids and exact same thing each time. They couldn’t give me an answer to why the price was different. The cashiers need to be consistent with pricing. They charge what they like i think.

Some of the front staff are pushy I found. I had one girl ask me 4 times if I had signed a waiver while I was waiting to pay.

I am really happy with our experience and have been twice. My 5yo and 10 yo love it. I find the current price of $30/ kid for a hour jumping and 1 hour playing really appropriate. I booked both times online and that is a bit of a mess, both times I had to show the counter staff my payment confirmation and that I paid for the socks already. The foyer/entrance area is very congested and set up oddly. There are dozens of people clogging a small area in front of the door when there is a large amount of room to the left and right if the counter, it made going between the play are and trampoline area difficult and my sock feet were soaked. There seem to be many opening pains still to work out but we will definitely be repeat customer.

The prices at Aim High Park is outrageous!! There should be some type of a family rate!! $25 per child PLUS you have to buy their socks. I was there today with 5 kids. It was just under $140 �. I made the mistake of not checking prices online before I went. The facility is okay. Nothing super fancy about it that warrants that type of price tag. It was not the cleanest and there were zero staff walking around checking on any of the areas. In a 3+ hour timeframe we never saw one staff member other then the initial check in. It wasn’t busy at all so you’d think it would be MUCH cleaner. This could be such a great spot but unfortunately we won’t be back due to prices being way out of our range. I was in shock honestly.

State of the art facility. Really nice front of house staff. The concession is really sad and the employee was very quiet and rude. The main component of the menu is pizza and they didn’t have any. Apparently it was coming in 20 minutes... so they don’t make it they order it I guess. They didn’t have any fruit bowls either.

Great place to take your own kids to have some family fun BUT ... Just had my daughters 6th birthday party there today. Paid quiet a bit (which I figured for all the kids to jump & play) but couldn't bring your own food or pop! Had to order from their place of choice. AND Supposed to have a party attendant to and I quote from their online add " A Party Host specially trained to organize all activities, entertain and serve guests" which we had no party host to do any of that so we really had no idea what was going on at all & to say the least non of the workers really had a clue what was going on either.



Like I said super great place for family fun but not the best service for a birthday party.

After we spent 4 hrs looking everywhere... the customer came back with the lost key...



We finally were asked to don’t comeback again because we were upset about how the staff handled the situation... never again...
