Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Bought a brand new chip key for a T1N Sprinter for $500 from this dealership. Was told by their parts department that the key would work the first time it was used in the ignition and required no programming. Turns out it does have to be programmed, and when I called back I was told they won't do it because they have to update their software but have no intention of doing so. Clearly there is a disconnect between their parts and service departments, and should not be selling a product that they do not fully understand or support. I will never come here again. You're better off in Calgary.

Bought an extended warranty (after market) for our 2011 town and country from them. You’ve already slapped your hand to your head because you see where this is going right?

Our sliding door latches for our van failed, one won’t unlock and the other won’t lock. They grind whenever there’s a press of the lock button. Apparently that’s not a good enough reason to replace both. Tried to go to the dealer. Basically got told to bend over and take it because, “sorry we can’t do anything.”

Took it to another shop for a second opinion. They found a hint of corrosion on my latches, which the warranty company turns around and tells this shop that “corrosion damage makes them not covered under warranty.” What a loophole. The lady on the phone even had the nerve to say “I’m sorry that they oversold the warranty and what it covers.”

Bottom line, I’ll never buy here again. Thanks for nothing. I’ve had better service from a hot dog stand.

I can’t express in words how amazing my experience was with Airdrie Dodge. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past and it always makes me a bit anxious when looking for a new car. I was blown away by how great Steve McFarlane was, no pressure, just an honest urgency to get me into the vehicle that I loved. The Finance team was great and super fast. Thank you Luq and new guy John! The entire process pretty much took two days. One day to shop and get my information. The next day for the finance team and pick up. So fast and thorough! I love my new Jeep. I can’t thank the team there enough!

Being a first time new vehicle buyer, I was a little anxious as I know nothing of the process other than the make and model of the vehicle I wanted. TG and his team made the process a breeze - they took care of all the details and all I had to do was sit and wait until the car arrived. This dealership has a great team and great employees. Today I had the need for a vacuum line for my Jeep that I was working on and even tho the parts department didn't have the exact part I needed, one of their techs came out to get a fuel pump for their current repair order. The tech (Mark) went to his bench and brought me a line that would work that he had laying around.
This to me is what I call good service. I am a Service Manager at a local RV Dealer and this is exactly what I would expect from my staff.

TG is the example every other dealership should use for learning how to sell vehicles to potential customers. We went in looking for a second hand truck and walked out with a brand new Ram with smiles on our faces. Upon picking up the truck, we noticed it had a scratch on the plastic guard around the tires. The Dodge team without hesitation ordered a new part to fix it. They were all very professional and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family for future purchases or work on our vehicles. Keep it up guys!

I have been a customer of Airdrie Chrysler for over 20 years, we have owned nine Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep vehicles over those years and drive to Airdrie to have them serviced. Steve Foreman has been there from the start and is never too busy to stop and talk. The odd time we did have an issue we have been treated fairly. Its easy to book an appointment, the service work has always been completed to our satisfaction. The preventive maintenance keeps our vehicles on the road without issues, worry free!
