Guys common came in by ambulance over a week ago had bloodwork done in so much pain in my kidney region I can't get out of my bed. Where are my test results ???? Getting anyone on the phone at this place is literally impossible. All the nurses were extremely rude I was vomiting everywhere and was alone w my two year old baby and could not get up to do anything. The only person who even close to helped were the EMts and a poor overworked med student named Michael (Thankyou Michael you are a true angel had it not been for you I would have sat for the remainder covers in my own vomit) please guys where are my blood results. This is absolutely rediculous.

Excellent, quick care. In, X-rayed, and out in under an hour with compassionate, efficient nurses and a personable doctor. At busier times the wait might be longer, but you won't receive anything other than top-notch care.

If you manage stay long enough to make it past the extremely rude, Inconsiderate nurses and find yourself waiting in an actual room. Be ready to run if you see a doctor by the name of Amaregbulam Anozie. I have never in my life had a worst experience with a doctor than this guy. I have no idea how he made it through med school, I couldn't even imagine him being able to read a single paragraph in a textbook. Extremely rude and wasn't listening to a word I said. I come in with cold sweats and shaking from the extreme back pain I was experiencing. He questions me for 40 minutes regarding how long ago it started, where it hurts, etc. He says he needs to go speak with a nurse and he will return soon. He comes back and says "so, are you experiencing some back pain?" I felt like I was talking to a wall. An hour in and I have still yet to receive any type of pain relief or diagnosis. The pain is only getting worse and I feel hopeless, eventually the nurse comes in and gives me something for the pain, not before telling me how she was "supposed to be out of here 20 mins ago and better make this quick cause she has much better things to do" I am just disgusted that these people are even hired to work in our health care system, this place should be shut down.

Very caring. They do what they can with what they have. If you treat them well they'll treat you amazingly. Great bedside manner, very thorough with tests. Will arrange for ambulance to a Calgary hospital is needed. They work hard. Thank you guys.

Went I on Saturday after rolling my ankle, wait times were tolerable. However, the staff was deplorable. The first nurse I saw was polite enough, the second was curt and acted like I was a nuisance. After getting into an exam room, I could overhear multiple staff talking about getting off shift, and how they can wait to leave. Not a big deal, I can understand wanting to get home. Except both nurses that examined me treated me like a nuisance and acted like they had something better to do (very unprofessional attitudes). After being X-rayed, they curtly explained that it was only a sprain and that I should Rest, Ice, Compress and Elevate. At this point I asked for a note so that I can be a light duties, without even asking what I do, I was given a note for 3 days modified duties. Maybe this is normal practice, but I think they should have at least asked what I do, and explain why they gave 3 days. They should have also told me what to do if I need more than 3 days. I have a very active job and I can tell you, I won't be performing full duties after three days.

Very disappointed with the urgent care staff. They should be reminded that health care is still a public service. After seeing their review rating, and reading some of the reviews, I'm not surprised at my experience.

I usually don't give bad comments but I had a terrible experience. I wish I could give them a 0. I had a sprained ankle and had to go to this emergency, as it was close to my house. The nurses were very rude. I was on the wheel chair and she hit my hurt foot into another chair. They are extremely racist and they speak very rudely. The doctor didn't even see me and they just sent me home with Tylenol. I have spent most of my life in Canada and have never had such a terrible experience. I will definitely never go there again. This place should be shut down.

Way better then what BC has everyone here is super friendly and very nice. Wait times are normal nothing crazy. And your almost in and out expet to be here anywhere from 1 hour - 3, Beats the hospital.

User

Not sure what everyone is talking about, we went here today and got in pretty quickly and received good service.

User

I went here on April 18/17 with what I assumed might be a heart attack
I can only say the nurses and the Doctor were simply amazing. They were very kind, caring and professional just wonderful people. I don't know where you found these people A.H.S. but keep them they are a treasure.

Very poor and disrespectful service, will never come back to this place again. Wouldn't recommend

User

Had a great experience here came in with Chest pains and nausea and it ended up being a panic attack. They helped answer all my questions as well

Some nurses/helpers there seriously need to think if they are in the right line of work for them even when the patient is SUPER ill.... Some of them i think personally just hate their jobs maybe? Either way thank god there was one AMAZING lady there tonight. I don't remember her name but i do remember she was British , she was just amazing and so caring every nurse in that place needs to ask her why she does her job so perfectly!!!! THANK YOU whoever you are, you were an amazing person to my husband tonight..... X
