Airdrie Honda

I bought a Honda Civic here in 2014. The sales team and service team were great at the time I had the Civic. They called me in the summer of 2017 asking if I was looking to trade it in for another vehicle. At this point, I actually was interested. I told the sales person what I was looking for (a truck) and he said he would get back to me. A month rolls by and he calls me again giving me the same pitch, of which my response was: "We spoke about this a month ago and you said you would get back to me with offers for trucks". He clearly had no idea what I was talking about (even though I talked to him a month before). From there, he said the same thing - he would look for a vehicle. Eventually, I sold my Civic and went with a Toyota Tacoma (for which I think is amazing, way better than a Ridgeline). Now, 3 months after selling my Civic and telling them over 10x that I have sold my Civic, the continue to call. So my rating is based on how unprofessional the communication from team to team is. I requested they take me off the call-list... and I still get calls event though I've vented my concern with them every time they call. The Civic it self was a fantastic vehicle. But from the experience I've received from them, I would never buy a Honda again. Go for a Toyota to not get harassed by their staff. In the last 5 days, I've got called 6 times...

Tagged along to help a friend buy a car. We went to a few dealerships prior to Airdrie Honda. We were treated like guests in someones home. No pressure, very knowledgeable staff, all around it was a refreshing experience. After witnessing Will, Shaddy, and I believe Reuben (?) assist my friend first hand I was impressed! What really sold me on this location for my next purchase was the service they gave my friend after she already bought. She had a few issues figuring out all of the new features. They not only followed up with her, but they sent video instructions straight to her phone to walk her through each step. Then offered to personally walk her through everything again if needed in person. All around amazing value. Especially after witnessing the level of customer service that was provided.

Keep it up Airdrie Honda Special Thanks to Jason and Mike for resolving issues on my end. There is NO pressure here at Airdrie Honda. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone out there looking for vehicle.They are not sitting there for business they are sitting there for good customers relation. I recently purchased a car from Airdrie Honda, we have been to multiple Honda dealers throughout Calgary, and Airdrie Honda by far gave us the best customer service, when they say "customer driven", they mean it. On top of that, we got the best deal on this car compared to other dealers.

Airdrie Honda was also very honest when it comes to servicing your vehicle. We brought my boyfriend's 2015 Accord (also from Airdrie Honda) in for maintenance services, and requested for a wheel alignment, when we went to pick up the car, they told us they checked it and we did not need a wheel alignment. There are so many stories on the news about shady dealerships pushing services you don't need, we felt like Airdrie Honda was very honest about what services our vehicle actually needed.

The service department at this dealership is phenomenal. I have owned three Honda's and have rarely had any issues. However the service at Airdrie Honda is truly what keeps me coming back. Dean is very accommodating, resourceful, and goes out of his way to ensure you're taken care of. Wayne and Glen have both dropped me off and picked me up promptly and always provide a smiling face and good conversation. There was once where I had a tough time finding time to drop off my vehicle and they even came to my work, picked it up, and dropped it off when it was done, all without even interrupting my day. That is what I call going above and beyond. I will continue bringing my Honda here for many years to come!

Had an amazing experience here and we ended up buying our first Honda. Moe, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and personable, and never pressured us. From start to finish, he and the rest of the Airdrie Honda staff took care of us wonderfully, going above and beyond other experiences we've had at other dealerships. We definitely will be working with Moe and the rest of Airdrie Honda again for all our vehicle needs!

Bought a used vehicle and conducted a trade-in. A dealership should have made it easy but it was nothing but. Most private sales I've conducted have been much easier. Out of 4 special requests we made when purchasing our vehicle in March (2x extra keys, 2x extra headsets, extra set of tires for changing with seasons, transmission cooler for towing) - they messed up everyone except the transmission cooler. There was an excuse every time: "the vehicle can't have more than one extra key" (it can), the all season tires can be swapped no problem with the sensors (there was), we wanted extra tires on rims; very explicit about the rims... no rims!, extra headsets? whoops... And did I mention the guilt trip every time we talk to them? They'd better be perfect to discourage other mechanics like that! All in all, cringe every time we have to talk to them.

Amazing experience as always! Everyone at every level is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My wife and I have purchased our second vehicle from Airdrie Honda and every step of the process was enjoyable.

Had a fantastic experience at a Airdrie Honda. Par was a great salesman right from the start and listened to our needs and desires in a new van for our growing family and helped us find one within our budget. He made a great first impression on us with his eye contact, firm handshake, sense of humour, confidence and people skills. He was never pushy and explained different options and vehicle features to us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (and there were many) and was patient and understanding with our long decision-making process and with our end decision to buy a used van at this point while we wait for the new redesigned 2018 vans to come out next year. He even came in on his day off to be there when we picked it up and was available for any appointment on any day during our buying process so that we could make it work for our childcare availability. Amazing loyalty and passion for his job. Brad was the used sales manager who appraised our trade in and was with us during each step of the way as well. He was also fantastic and patient and answered our many questions. Finance managers where great and fast with our financing application and on closing day processing. Can't say enough good things about each staff member we encountered from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed each time we came to look some more or ask more questions before we made our final decision. Never felt like a bother and always felt like family. Will definitely go back for future vehicles and they have our loyalty for life!
