Training at this facility is awesome. I train Jitsu with Kevin Davey here on Thursdays it's awesome training and an awesome venue and the best group of athletes I have ever met

This place is buzzing like a bees nest , where else around here you got a martial art club picking up children after school and teaching them skill that could save their life or somebody else one day .Luis and Venessa are always there running this family club .Been to two fights card and they got the kids there busy helping also. Great energie all around ,Keep it up you are doing your community a great service as you know martial artist learn discipline and respect ,something that is hard to find these day

This is the perfect place for my son to go to after school as part of the lil' dragon program. He has been part of this gym for nearly 2 years and the changes in his confidence and mannerisms is undeniable and all the instructors are absolutely amazing with the kids. My wife and I were so impressed that we both now train at the gym and we both are getting into incredible shape while having a blast learning Muay Thai. This place has become a second home for all of us :)

This club has been like family to us for the last six years. They bring out the best in us and inspire us to reach our goals even when we aren't training. We have a huge place in our hearts for them all

Such an impressive place to train. Myself and two of my boys plus one starting in the fall, all train and compete here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff (including fantastic guest instructors) and great facilities. I've been involved in organised sports all my life but have never seen a more positive atmosphere during competition. During lessons there is no downtime, the instructors keep everyone busy and squeeze as much as they can into every hour. Overall just a great experience and couldn't recommend this gym more.

Our son has been going to these classes for over two months now and has Mild Cerebral Palsy. The instructors are amazing with all the kids there and truly care about each one of them. We have seen improvements in our son and we continue to see improvements the more he attends the classes. Everyone is treated fairly and it is such a fun supported environment! We highly recommend Lil Dragons!!!!

I've seen some of the most difficult kids to train and in a matter of months I see BIG changes in them, and this is all do to the head instructors and how they truly care for every kid that walks through those doors. I'm from Edmonton making a weekend trip to Calgary/Airdrie. My hotel is right next to the gym so I figured I'll train. Even though I only had one class experience so far the classmates and coaches made me feel at home. I also learned so much in just one class too. When I make more frequent weekend trips I definitely will be back again to train, in fact excited too!! Thanks again students and coaches for the great learning session!!

Bellegarde's is an excellent business focused on Muay Thai, Juijutsu & Kick Boxing. Not only do they focus on the techniques and correct posture but they teach the history of it as well. They have amazing programs for children of all ages varying from summer camps to school pickups as well as a variety of adult classes from beginner to advanced. If you are looking to get into the best shape of your life and learn some incredible skills, this is the place for you!
