despite how busy it can get (it is a registry after all !) the staff have always been pleasant and quick! (can't even imagine what they put up with on a daily basis) keep up the good work!!!

Upgraded my license last week. Exam was with Janet who was very clear in her instructions and fair in her marking. The ladies at the desk helped me quickly and gave me all the different options for upgrading or renewing my license.

Kevin has a great team serving the Airdrie community. Amazing Kevin and his dad have run this business for over 55 years!

Janet was ridiculously awesome during my class 6 road test today! Was able to give me some great feedback, but was super friendly and supportive :)

I've had occasion to use the Registry services a few times over the past months. At all times, we've had no long wait in line, and the staff are very knowledgeable. Pleasure to deal with.

I was in a pickle today trying to get things done with my travel trailer. Sam was the lucky gal who got my message & called me back. After explaining my situation to Sam & told me what I had to & said to call her if I need anything! Well... there were a few more phone calls to her (lol) & emails. Sam was pleasant over the phone & very prompt to help! As I work customer service & much of it over the phone I could tell by her tone she was genuine about helping me. Guided me every step of the way & made sure everything was in order! Sam was absolutely amazing & I honestly can’t thank her enough let alone write this to express just how grateful I am for her help! Thank you so so so much Sam for all your help today! I wish you best & have a great day � Tina

I think Airdrie Registry is a very well run business with a lot of very hard working people trying to make everyone happy. To all of the staff: Keep up the good work.

I called curious some information that I assumed would be complicated, I was helped by someone named Chelsey -( spelling ?) she was so friendly and helpful , I was relieved after calling and impressed with her professionalism and kindness, thanks for setting the bar higher for other companies.

was there 4 times and still unresolved
