Alair Homes Red Deer

We went and looked at show homes this weekend and came upon an Alair home on Vancouver Cres. Then went to their renovation in the Pines. I have been to a lot of show homes in Red Deer and area over the years, but never to one of their homes. I was blown away by these unique, stylish and functional homes. Such thought went into minor, subtle details that changed the feel and look of the homes. They would be at the top of my list for sure for a renovation or home build. I would also say they would be at the top of all choices in Red Deer upon all the builders.

Very impressed. Will be at more of the homes in the future.

We recently worked with Alair to do a renovation on our home, which included exterior, deck addition, kitchen, flooring, and new tile work. People talk about renovations being stressful, and expenses getting out of control. We didn’t experience any of that. It was a great experience working with the Red Deer team. We knew exactly where money was being spent or saved down to the penny. There was no stress at all. I would highly recommend them! The service and workmanship was amazing. I almost wish we could find a bigger project now, so we could do it again.

These guys are great. Nate is awesome to deal with and I would highly recommend this company if you are building a new home, or renovating your current home.

There is no home builder that I would trust more with my next build than Alair Homes. The craftsmanship is phenomenal, the technology they use is amazing, and their client care is like no other. Every reno or new home I see from them is more impressive than the last!

Shawn and I spent the better part of a year visiting show homes and trade shows interviewing builders and feeling somewhat discouraged when we finally met Dustin Marsh and the Alair team at the Red Deer home show. We were instantly impressed with the way they took the time and treated us like people they wanted to get to know and understand rather than people to whom they wanted to sell something.



Alair's unique process, systems, and services provided their customers is such a good fit for us. We've had several excellent meetings with Alair and, each and every time, have met with a sincere team and built upon open and trusting relationships. We feel a freedom and ease in communication that has greatly lifted the burden and stress of such a significant process.



At this point we have a home plan we love and have chosen both interior and exterior finishes and are ready to build right on schedule. Everyone we have met and worked with at Alair has treated us with friendliness while maintaining the highest professional standard.



We have a unique and lengthy timeline for our project and have never once felt pressure to hurry the process or move faster than it works for our family.



No doubt this is our most important financial investment and what we love is that Alair understands our vision of this home and our hope in it becoming our deepest sentimental investment.



Matt and Dustin Have offered their time and efforts at our convenience and worked hard to get us to the place we are at today. We have enjoyed the entire experience and have managed to share a lot of laughs and fun throughout the process thus far.



We’re looking forward to the building phase as our confidence and trust in Alair has only grown stronger. Every question we ask is answered comprehensively, every challenge has been overcome and the entire process is completely transparent.

Now, to be fair for you, the good reader, I have not used their services yet. BUT, I have a working relationship with Nate, who is part of their team. You can usually tell what kind of a business you're dealing with by the quality of people chosen to represent them. I also note they have worked to benefit charities and that really sets them apart. There's many reasons why they have great reviews!

I live in a condo complex. We needed new fences and decks and had a variety of quotes from different companies to do the work. We decided to go with Alair Homes as they were fair and very reasonable. From start to finish they were easy to deal with, very accommodating and were on top of the jobs that needed to be done. I don't have any complaints and would recommend Dustin and Alair Homes to everyone.

I highly recommend Alair homes if you are thinking about doing a large or medium renovation or building a home from start to finish! They are transparent, reputable and very smooth to deal with. Great job guys!
