They have an excellent service and cars in perfect conditions

Great customer service. I had pre booked a car and when I got there I was told that they no longer had the after hours drop box at this time due to thefts (Calgary wide). Without any argument required, the representative began problem solving for me after I explained there was no way I'd return in time (before noon) and would be unable to return the keys in the morning (I lived a $15 cab ride away). Alamo ultimately sent someone to my house the next day to pick up the keys! Very convenient, very professional.

The car was great quality and the representative walked outside to record any scratches and bumps with me.

Great servis as ussually. Our 5th roadtrip with car from Alamo. Always happy. Can't wait for next adventure with theirs car.

Good reception. Their price is excellent

Called them to check my booking for a mini Van and the person on phone said they cannot guarantee as they are short of Vans, even after confirming and paying them $1500/week that too 2 months in advance ! She also tried to switch me to a truck ! I told her that we have 6 people and lot of luggage, so then she warned it might take them hours to find me a Van from other partners.

Why do they over book and take our money and mislead us ? Not happy
