Alberta Association Of Recreation Facility Personnel Description
The Alberta Association of Recreation Facility Personnel (RFP) is a not-for-profit association established in 1978 to build connections among recreation facility operators across the province of Alberta.
The RFP is has over 1500 members, 60 Associate members, and is made up of a volunteer Board of Directors and three dedicated staff members. To become a member today, visit www. aarfp.com.
Each year, RFP's expert instructors teach arena, pool, parks & sport field, building maintenance and supervisory courses. RFP members attend the RFP's Annual Conference in April and a week long symposium.
Our courses are offered in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories. On average, the RFP trains over 1, 000 recreation facility personnel each year. For more information, visit our website at www. aarfp.com.
The RFP is supported in part by the Province of Alberta's Recreation And Physical Activity Division (RPAD). The RFP manages its training programs through a balanced budget.
