DO NOT go here. They are very unreasonable, unaccommodating, unprofessional and do not care at all about their clients or building any continued client relationships. My first experience for a Brazilian laser was sooooo uncomfortable, and not a painful uncomfortable, but a creepy uncomfortable. After that I wanted to change a pre-purchased package to a different area and was out-right told NO and to buy another package if I wanted a different area. They just stoled my money. I was disgusted at the way I was treated and humiliated.
The same owners have now moved and changed their name to Pure Skin Laser. DO NOT go there either as its still very unprofessional.

I did Brazilian, underarms, full legs and full hands. She gave me a price for that, but then add fingers and toes extra for $100 each!!! Once she did treatment and burnt all my skin on my legs. The burns were seen and the reply was "Just apply more lotion".

The lady is nice, but behaves so unprofessional. She might take a phone call during treatment and keep talking for 15 min.

I would not go there if I knew all these. Up to you, just sharing my experience.

This place isn't at all clean. Every time I went into it the floors treatment room and bathroom were a mess. Lady that runs it never cleaned the equipment between clients. She is also very rude and usually on her cell phone. Trying to rebook was a hassle. At more than one of my treatments she was arguing over where my treatment area actually was and what I wanted. She also left the door to the treatment open while doing both mine and the person before me treatment so I could if I wanted see everything. I know it is a bargain price for laser with the groupon but honestly I didn't go back for my last treatment as the place was so dirty. Avoid this place.
