I like the instructors and the teaching proceedures, however, customer service in terms of billing is crappy. We got charged twice and only received one receipt. When I called, it took them a day to phone back and the lady was not very nice over the phone. I understand non-refundable policies, but I have registered atleast 10 staff in this location, and the one time there was an error on the processing, instead of the lady saying, I will see what I can do, she instead gave me an attitude over the phone and pretty much said, sorry, nothing I can do about it. I will never again register any of my staff's here and nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.
Such a shame.

I have gone through these guys in the past and will be again in Nov. Very friendly staff, they know their stuff and get the class involved a lot which makes the courses more interesting.

Our instructor, Stacy was fantastic. I have take a lot of courses at many different locations but this was the first aid course I actually enjoyed. She used a variety of activities and games instead of lecturing and had a lot of personality and personal stories applying the knowledge. If you need to take a first aid course, I highly recommend this location.
