Two knowledge older gentlemen both helped me with getting a new battery and pressure testing a dive watch and also gave much info on an old watch. They are true watch professionals. Drop by sometime when they are not busy and just ask a few questions about the history of watches.

I went there to buy a leather strap for my watch and the lady wasn't friendly at all. She asked me to choose quicker as she was closing in 5 minutes (it was 4:40 PM, they close at 5 PM). When I come back home, I realized the leather had cracks. Bad quality and bad service.

horrible service, I went in for them to pop the backing of my watch back in, the lady looked at it and didn't say anything and then someone else came in and dropped off my watch in back. a guy came out after 5 mins just to charge me 5 bucks to pop the back of the watch back in. i will never go to them again! they never mentioned a charge because if they did, i would have just gone to where i got my watch to do it - something i told the lady if there was a charge
