my daughter came out of her shell when she got introduce to Doctor who and supernatural. and now the hobbit. the fact that i can find all this in your store is amazing. she went from being very shy to fan girl, and its all because of the movies, shows and stores like your. now i get to bring home something for her and to see her smile and freak out over a shirt makes my heart melt. i have a disease that has prevented me from working again so when i can make her smile by buying something from your store i feel like i can still be a good mom

Went to the Northhill location, was amazed with the collection of Pop figures they had, and got great service from the guy was there around 3pm Saturday Jan 23, 2016 (didn't get his name) at the cashier. Gave me lots of useful information about pop figures brought figures out from the back so I could get the perfect one. Showed me stuff about certain figures, and retired figures they have. As well as let me peak inside some of the collector Corps boxes, will definitely go back!

This is my new favourite store. I have come here for all my DC/Marvel needs and wants. And even better things are coming out soon and if i had my way all my money would go to them for the things i want from them. Epic clothing, epic accessories, epic sales people. I will be shopping here for as long as they are in business.

The sunridge location is pretty awesome. I stop by every time I'm in the mall to see the new pops they have in stock. They always have a great selection and have other wicked merchandise. The staff us helpful and welcoming without being overbearing. A definite stop if you are in the area.

Such a great store! The staff is always there to greet you and to offer assistance. They even started to recognize me after only a few shopping trips. Pre-ordering and picking up items is always a breeze. Keep up the awesome work!�

Skyler and Steven were incredibly helpful. Totally helped us out and went above and beyond. These guys made our visit a blast, and deserve raises for sure. We'll definitely be coming back!

One of the best stores i've been too this Christmas season, the guy with the blue hair was awesome got me all the presents for my daughters

It was my first time in the store last weekend and our family spent about $160 on 9 Pops. The selection was like nothing I’ve ever encountered. I knocked pops off my list I’ve been looking for, for quite a while. The staff for friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I love the fact you can put pops on hold. I’ll definitely be making this a regular stop when ever I’m in Calgary.

I love this place great pop selection im still waiting for Saitama but its worth the wait you guys are awesome

Great stuff- but should really carry more Hawkeye/Hawkguy merchandise and some lady heroes -- seriously we all love Thor and Loki but would a little Spiderwoman or Girl Hawkeye (Kate), or Squirrel Girl (please?) be too hard? Also Gamora is totally part or Guardians of the Galaxy and I don't see much of her around either.

Great selection, excellent customer service, and knowledgeable staff. Derek Rickett and his team make every effort to ensure you get what you're seeking when it comes to Funko products and apparel. There's a loyalty program and the ability pre-order that takes the whole experience to the next level. Keep up the great work and thanks for being a big part of the local Funko collectors community!

Exceptional service on every single occasion. Couldn't wish to meet a nicer, more helpful bunch of guys than those at Sunridge Mall. I really look forward to going there, and the fact that they will put Pops on hold for you for more than 24 hours is hugely helpful, and I'm extremely grateful for this. Just wished I lived closer, and then I'd practically live there.

As an out of town customer I really appreciated the time each employee took to let me know what was happening with my purchase. The manager is a stand up guy and went out of his way to make sure my product was shipped with extra protection. I highly highly recommend this store to both online and in-store customers. Will definetely be buying from this store again in the future.

The West Edmonton Mall location employees are very friendly and inviting. I recently had shoulder surgery and therefore have been going on daily walks. Many of them in the mall. Each time I go I like to stop in at all the stores that sell Funko Pop figures. This would obviously mean I've stopped into that location many times. Each time I walk in the staff are very friendly to me instead of saying "oh, this guy again" or ignoring me because of how often I've been there lately. Granted they could be saying that after I leave. �

I actually had a really positive experience here. I didn't plan on buying anything but one of the staff there (bigger guy with toque and beard) struck a conversation with me about a bunch od random things. I'll be back because of him. Store was fairly organized. Looking forward to the next visit

After being a pop card holder for so long I'm highly disappointed that there are so many hidden rules for acquiring stamps. I know you guys already have your pops 2/25 for regulars and ive always got a stamp per vinyl. Today i was told i couldnt anymore. This now makes me want to take my business elsewhere. And suprise guys you arent the only pop vinyl stop in the city. So dissapointed in this.

I came in to this store (The West Edmonton Mall location) a couple of weeks ago. I almost walked right by it but I noticed inside they had POP figures (didn't know that they did as they weren't displayed in the front windows). I saw their selection as I came into the store and was impressed. A polite employee with greenish streaks in his hair approached me and let me know about their collectors program. He also told me how everything was sorted which was a big help because although they were arranged, the sections weren't marked. i ended up leaving with a couple of figures that day.

I recently returned but as I walked in an employee started talking to me... uh a little too much. I wanted to browse but the employee kept following me around the store. She made me feel like I was suffocating and was pressured a little so I left. Overall I like the store but feel a bit uncomfortable when I just want to have a look.

Don't ask about ordering anything. Waited 4 months for them to get our items in, as they were 'working on it' and now we've been told it was never ordered, and the person who controls the website was fired, but quit, but was the manager and was let go - they continue to change their story. Very untrustworthy, so no point in asking if you don't see it on the shelf as is.
