Took my car there for a windshield replacement. The staff was very helpful. They dealt with my insurance directly and got someone driving me to and from home while my car was serviced. I totally recommend this place.

I had a repair done recently and they had me in and out in 2 days. Awesome color match to a unique burnt orange on my Mazda6. They even washed the car and vacuumed the inside as well - was so sparkly I hardly recognized my car! :) Great job guys and special thanks to Gerard Leclerc for making the experience so painless!

Amazing customer service and amazing quality of work. The staff went above and beyond with my vehicle. Taking care of an issue with my rental vehicle and a nail in my tire. I took my truck to All Makes to have a small accident repaired.

The original estimate I was quoted was a 3 week repair from the time parts arrived. In just two weeks my truck was fully repaired and I must say, it looks flawless. The staff gave me constant updates on the progress of their work. I would definitely recommend All Makes Collision to anybody I know for quick and painless repairs.

Very terrible experience.

Where do I begin. About a month ago, some vandalism/theft was done to my brand new 2016 F150. Somebody broke in, smashed the rear drivers window, cracked my windshield, and ripped my glove box out of my dash.

I contacted the dealership i bought the truck from, and they actually referred me to Woodridge all makes collision.

They had my truck in the next day. When I brought the truck in, me and a gentleman went over what damage had been done, and what needed to be repaired. After that, no contact was made to myself, to go over what we had submitted to the insurance, and what was actually going to be repaired.

Finally, after 3 weeks of waiting, I got the call. 'your truck is ready'. I was excited, finally get my new truck back!

Not the case. I go to pick it up to find the windshield had not been replaced, or even submitted to insurance for replacement. Everything else "looked" like it had been complete. I bring my truck home, and start to do some further inspection. Both on the inside and outside, there was trim that was not properly installed, and there was still broken glass in my door panel.

I returned to Woodridge all makes collision, and expressed my concerns. We made another appointment to replace the windshield, and to finish the repairs that had been not completed.

About a week later, I returned to finish up repairs. After completion, I got a call, and was told that the glass they had previously replaced in the rear window, was not the right one. Great.... I went home, only to find that my cowl had been broken when replacing my windshield.

So after another few days, I went back in to get the rear window replaced with the proper one, along with the cowl fixed. Took a quick half hour, and I was out. First thing I noticed, is that we did not replace the rear window with FORD glass this time. I was told that this didn't matter and it was basically the same. When I got home, I inspected my rear door. The inside panel, piratically fell off. The screws around the inside panel, we not put back in after installation. And the rubber trim on the outside of window, did not line up properly, after we had fixed it the first time. There i go back again.

Needless to say, everything was completed, but very unprofessionally, and I had to point out ALL the repairs that were done incorrectly. None of these mistakes were caught by any of the staff at Woodridge.

Stay away from this places they don't stand behind there work. Had my truck in to have the box repaired in 2010. When I got the truck back it look good. Went to take the cans in for recycling a few days later opened up the back of my truck up and there were car parts from outher repair jobs be done in the shop left there. Manager at the time was rude and disrespectful to deal with. They also missed cutting off some tabs at the bottom of the new fender. Took it back in 10 minutes later it was ready for me. Amazing how fast they can fix something with those zip desk on a grinder and some spray paint poor workmanship i'd say.
Fast forward to 2017 fender of the truck is starting to rust out take it in for them to have a look they said no problem Theyed do some investigating and probably have it repaired for me pretty quick.Drop the truck off couple hours later they call saying that they cannot warrantee the work because there is spray paint over the original paint.I agreed that I had spray paint rock cips when they would happen but can't understand why they won't warranty the paint blistering and starting to bleed rust through. I've gone to my insurance company with my complaints and hopefully get a resolution my advice to anybody is stay away from this place Poor customer service poor workmanship all-around bad environment.

They replaced the Left fender on my old Benz, replaced one molding in the bumper, took one week all good, even the paint matches, would go again in case I need a bodyshop for my car.
