All Season Storage

Had the pleasure of selling Jocelynn and Frank there new Toyota 4Runner and loved the opportunity to meet and work with such great people!

When I am in the market for a storage unit I will certainly be calling All Season Storage Okotoks!

I store multiple trailers here and rent a couple storage units, staff has always been super helpful one even stopped what he was doing to help me attach a trailer that was being a pain.

Great rates and the ability to swing by anytime is super helpful with my schedule.

REALLY BAD.
FIRSTIME I TRIED TO GET A STorage, I, MADE A CALL FOR INQUIRIES AND RESERVATIONS ETC. THEN WHEN I ASKED SOMEONE TO BRING IN ALL MY STUFF AND PUT UNDER HIS NAME AND I PHONED RIGHT AWAY TO PUT UNDER MY NAME AS I AM THE OWNER AND IT WAS ALL MY STUFF THEN THE OWNER LEFT ME A MESSAGE THAT ITS OKAY AND WILL PUT UNDER MY NAME AND HE WILL CHANGE IT AND PUT ME AS THE PRIMARY OWNER, which is...
" I, AM TRULY AM THE REAL OWNER",
I have proof and evidence even the record of the person who is using a fake name and illegal photo ID.
"How come that the owner, truly convinced"?
I, drove up to the location from calgary to get my stuff, "(including my childrens clothes, vitamins, medicine)", which is that time my 1year old son is really sick, having diarrhea and vomiting, and all their clothes, and everything they need is in the storage and still the owner, didnt want to listen to me, i even have his voice record kept up to now, saying that i am and he will change the name and put it under my name...even all thw important documents that i can show is inside the storage...and even up to this minute he still believing with someone who is not even have anything inside my storage, and the owner still believing to that person who is known as a DRUG DEALER AND PUSHER, AND ALSO HAVE MULTIPLE CASE..(to be include; DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND CHARGED FOR ILLEGAL POSSESION OF DRUGS)...i even asked to let me in just to take the special needs of my sick child and he can even standby there and watch me while am taking those things i need.
How really bad and traumatic this experience with me and my kids as they are with me when the time am begging to get only their clothes.

If, i only knew that he will not verify the identification of the person who is bringing the stuff in their storage, it should be investigated and secured the stuff of the REAL OWNER WHO RENT THE STORAGE. For privacy and safety.

This should not be happen again, still i am hoping for something will change or else i will file a Lawsuit.

And, i have a strong evidence and witnesses.
This is not so human...and deal with a stranger and fraudster.

Our UHaul truck was ready promptly, and the gentleman helping us was friendly and gave some good suggestions.

Great storage facility has great prices there is great security for the trailers and my goods in a storage locker also very convienent that they are a uhaul dealer allowed me to move my belongings to my new home much easier and a great location
